Dr. Woods really listened to my issues and proposed a couple of options to address them.

This was the worst experience I’ve had in a long time. I was treated like my injury is all my fault and it is not fixable because of me. I left the office in tears where an elderly couple told me they hoped my day got better. It was humiliating. After leaving an ER that gave me no direction as what to do with my injury then going to an urgent care when there was no improvement because it would have taken weeks to get to my primary who then told me they couldn’t refer me so go to a primary which I could not get into for 3 to 4 weeks, finally got in for a referral to this specialist. I spent hours trying to get a copy of my X-rays only to find they wouldn’t work then treated bad because they wanted X-rays but I’m pregnant and then told the X-ray tech took bad X-rays I was then basically scolded for taking so long to follow up with anyone and told I wasn’t moving my finger THAT I HAVEN’T BEEN ABLE TO MOVE SINCE THE ER VISIT and HAVE been trying to do so but was told i was lying and I have
