Best I have seen
I suffered for years and went to several different doctors, until I started seeing Dr. Bilchik, I figured it was just how life would be, migraines forever. She took her time, she explained everything and I finally got relief. I recommend to anyone who suffers migraines, you may not have to!

One of the best
Dr Bilchik is always very friendly. Asks how you are, how your life is. She is has taken extremely good care of my migraines. Every visit we discuss anything concerning any headache activity with her giving advice on how to relieve as well as where the shots should be placed for best effectiveness. I had to move and will miss her very much.

Dr Bilchik would be a good doctor if she wasn’t so rude. And you do only get to see her once then you’re shuffled off to one of her inept PA’s. I agree with other reviewer, office staff don’t listen to you, and no one calls you back no matter how much pain you’re in. Could be a good practice but unfortunately falls way short.

Dr. Bilchik is by far one of the most offensive doctors that I have had the misfortune of seeing. She abuses her power as a neurolgist to make inappropriate decisions on a persons personal life. She should be focused treating a patient neurologically which is in fact her field of study.

I really like and trust Dr. Bilchik personally. Office policies horrible. impossible to get a prescription refilled. Staff does not listen to the patient. I called to indicate they had wrong information for my pharmacy and all I have is a phone number. "Dr Bilchik would NEVER spend the time to call someone" was my response. Highly unresponsive to emergency needs. You get the feeling she is doing you a favor by treating you. No customer service mentality. Sad because she is a great doctor

Not much help. I'm still suffering several months later. She saw me one time. Gave me no reason for not wanting to see me again(very odd). She prescribed Neurontin, a useless medication in my opinion with very bad withdrawal symptoms. They don't tell you about the withdrawal symptoms. As far as why she didn't take me on as a patient I have no clue to this day. All I can say is odd.

After three years of being a patient the Hartford Headache clinic Dr. Bilchik finally spent 15 minutes with me. I was being treated by one of her RPN's Denise McGrath. They gave me prescription after prescription which caused me to gain massive weight. They also gave me Botox which was not successful. After my last Botox injection, I received a certified letter from Bilchik terminating my care. The woman is extremely rude and I would highly suggest you avoid this practice like they plague.
