Dr. Tanya Haber, DO

I have always had an excellent experience with Dr. Haber, and would not go to anyone else. She is always thorough and shows total interest in my welfare.

She gave me one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in my life. I would encourage anyone to find a better doctor. Central Florida has many doctors who are informed, show up for work, and know what they’re doing. In my experience, Dr. Haber has none of these qualities.

This doctor is never available. She does not show up even when you confirm an appointment. Her staff misdiagnoses things, causing painful delays. Stay away from her if at all possible.

DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE! Unprofessional! Never can see the doctor and when you finally get an appointment her rude clinical staff calls to reschedule for different times or virtual visit and spend less then 15 minutes with the doctor. Staff is extremely rude and office Manger is a joke. She never returned calls and her and the staff speak poorly of patients while we are still in the room. We can hear you!

Rude, unprofessional, short tempered, defensive, I feel sorry for her staff who have to work with her

Dr. Tanya Haber has been my primary care physician since moving to O r lando 5 years ago. She is knowledgeable, professional, conscientious and personable. I would not hesitate to recommend her to my close family and friends.

I was treated very impersonally with no concern for what I was telling her. She compared me to all women in my age group which is very unprofessional. I never got to see her unless I waited two months and the virtual visit last less than five minutes. She totally disregarded my health concern and prescribed something for an issue I do not have. I never even got to speak to her directly when I called with my concerns. They never answer their phone, you have to leave a message and when they call back they still don’t let you speak to the doctor. Totally disappointing and frustrating.

I first saw Dr Haber in 2015 and everything about the visit was great. I felt she listened to me and understood my concerns. I had my second appointment this past year and what a change! The front desk staff was rude, the wait was incredibly long, and she clearly was rushed. She was telling me how I was feeling rather than listening. I asked her to include checking my hormones in the bloodwork script and she made a comment making me feel ridiculous for even asking. Her office never followed up with me on my bloodwork which indicated very low iron. It was my concern and making several phone calls to get through to the office to find out that I was showing anemia. There’s so much more to write with this story but the characters are limited. Poor customer service and lack of empathy - especially Lena. They messed up calling to schedule my husband’s colonoscopy. It took 2 months of trying to get through and then finally showing up to the office to find out what was going on. Buh Bye!!

I have been trying to reach Dr. Haber for over a month. I have left voicemails on their phone (no one ever answers), filled out the contact form on their website, and spoke with the answering service when I called during a weekend (only human contact) - who promised me they would pass along the message to call me back. I have had a severe sinus infection for over 2 months. With no call back I had to go to Advent Health Centracare. They wrote me a script which did not work. I finally had to go through the Advent Health system and track down a referral to an ENT specialist - who answers their phone. I had my annual appointment coming up on this Thursday. I get a voicemail from her office they are canceling my appointment bc they are no longer seeing patients due to COVID-19. I get that but I was extremely disappointed I never got the chance to have a ‘Tele-Doc’ conversation - especially since I’ve been waiting for over a month for any contact. Unacceptable!!! We are leaving her.

She does not listen to you. Her ego is so big it makes her incompetent. Go to a specialist. Most insurance companies now do not require a referral.

Dr. Haber was pleasant, courteous, professional. However, from the moment she came in the door she seemed rushed, concerned with the next check box. She often interrupted explanations. Darted to a different subject. It made the appointment disjointed and hard to address and or remember all of the issues I wanted to discuss. For perhaps a quick cold and or allergies this is a great facility IF you can get an appointment. However, for a regular, long-term relationship to discuss health changes and more complex medical issues, I felt dismissed and that my time was wasted. I recommend seeking another office for a long term relationship and people who are more detailed in their medical care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Haber's for 6 years, since I moved to Orlando. She is a great doctor and a caring person. I fell lucky to have found her.

Dr. Haber has been my doctor for 10 years now. I would not trade her, her fellow colleagues or staff for anyone else. You get nothing but the upmost care from this office. Dr. Haber is not only knowledgeable, she’s caring and compassionate with your health care. This is something that is rare to find in a doctor. You are treated like family and the office goes above and beyond to meet your every need.

I have been seeing Dr Haber for several years since my previous physician closed her practice. She is so sweet and always takes her time with her patients. She has helped me tremendously over the years and is always able to fit me in when I am sick. She is the best!

I set up two appointments so far for an annual physical and both times the office cancelled. My appointment is in 3 days and they just sent me a text today saying it was cancelled again. I've waited 3 months. Don't waste your time with this doctor. They don't respect your time at all. I see other people have posted the same type of reviews.

My Doctor retired and recommended Dr Haber, best recommendation I’ve ever had..she truly listens and I can’t say enough good things about this true professional! My spouse and child also go to her and love her to bits! Drive in from Mt Dora..well worth the drive

Tanya is awesome, she makes me feel like I am her only patient. I highly recommend her, her bedside manner is second to none.

Dr. Haber has been my physician for a year now she is a great provider, very friendly she makes you feel very comfortable when talking to her. The office staff is great! They really care about you and are very friendly .. medical assistants are awesome as well! I would refer all my family and friends there. Im glad I found this office!

She is my current provider for a year now. The office is the bomb love the coffee machine. The wait is not that long. I love to hear her come in the exam room and say Hey friends. She is the most down to earth doctor I ever had.

I have only seen Dr Haber once, she is very personable and nice. She was thorough in her exam. She ordered "regular" labs. When I requested a copy of my labs I noticed that the CBC wasn't drawn. I called the office to notify them because they didn't notice. I had a question in regards to one of the lab test so i left a message with her nurse, she never called. I called again once a week for another 3 weeks. On the 4th week I spoke with the office manager and I have still not heard from the nurse
