Kind and thorough
Listens to you. Personable. Kind, caring. Provides better health food options and instructions to help stay healthy. Second colonoscopy with her. It was a breeze. Awesome staff at Northside Gwinnett. Highly recommend.

Dr. Rutledge has taken care of me for years. I would not think of going to any other doctor. She is very professional and caring. She explains my condition in terms I can understand and is very thorough.

Although she appeared caring and attentive, as soon as I asked her questions, she seemed annoyed and almost defensive. I am not sure she was well versed in my GI issues but instead of just saying that she wanted me to have yet another procedure??

Dr. Rutledge did my colonoscopy. She was running extremely late for the consultation and I was upset over that. However, she still took time to sit and discuss all of my questions and concerns and did not rush me. The day of the procedures, the staff was very attentive to my needs and comfort. Everything ran right on time. If I ever do this again, I will go back to her.

Dr. Rutledge performed my colonoscopy. Her schedule is tight so my appointment was scheduled over 2 months out. A questionable polyp was detected during my colonoscopy. Dr. Rutledge moved my results appt to an earlier date sshe could advise me of the results ASAP. Although she had to refer me to a surgeon and oncologist, her staff followed up immediately and had me scheduled to see the other doctors the next day. Dr. Rutledge even called me the day before surgery to see if I had questions .

Dr. Rutledge seemed less concerned with me and my treatment as she did with getting the billing correct and ensuring I had paid beforehand. She was polite, and she always smiled. However, I never felt fully informed of what to expect, or what I was supposed to do other than pay in advance. Based on her behavior, I felt I was the lowest thing on her priority list.
