First visit was running an hour and half late and asked if I was a different person!! Looked at my hands and feet and ordered blood and return in 3 wks! Returned today and sat over an hour again as everyone came and went!! Would not recommend this office to anyone.

It is not so much the doctor that is the issue, but more how the practice is ran and communication. Dr. Ankari prescribed medication to be taken by IV. The issue has been the office not contacting myself or insurance in a timely manner. The last time, I show the medication was received at the office on the 18th, no phone call from them so I call and ask. They said I needed prior authorization (which I had a couple of months ago) and they do not even know if the medicine is at the facility. I do not have the time to play phone tag or having to call my insurance because they cannot reach my doctor.

Great front office/intern. Horrible specialist.
Having never been to this type of specialist I spent days leading up to the appointment gathering my complete family history. She did not want to hear anything about the history and wanted to see the rash (which was gone since the wait was over a month.) I actually felt bad that I didn't have a rash. I felt as though I was wasting her time, and the best part about the appointment was her intern, who took a genuine interest in my case. Never again will I see this provider.

Great experience! Dr. Adhikari paid 100% attention to what I said, asked a few questions. She knew what was going on as she read all my records, explained everything, gave me reading materials. Would recommend her without any reservations! Love her office, all 3 girls take serious care of their patients.

Dr. Adhikari is easily the worst doctor I have ever been to, and I've been to a lot of bad doctors. I do not recommend her to anyone. She is dismissive, has apparently not read any papers about co-morbid problems since the 90s, told me the results of a blood test that takes a week after 12 hours, and wants my primary doctor to manage medication. I'm definitely seeking a second opinion.

I do not recommend Dr. Adhikari. I was referred to her by a fellow physician within the the Mercy Health network who did a great job addressing the presenting problem for which they treated. Unfortunately my experience with Dr. Adhikari was quite the opposite. She did not review my history or engage in any sort of care coordination prior to my appointment despite the referral coming from within her own network. She was also extremely dismissive and condescending during the appointment which exacerbated the problematic experience. Due to this I will be seeking care elsewhere and advise anyone considering her to do the same. If I find a good provider I will update the review with this information.

I was a referral from my PCP. I had been having insomnia, fibromyalgia, and neuropathic symptoms for months. Dr. A. spent all of six minutes with me. No exam, didn't look up my records, said I didn't fit the profile for fibromyalgia or depression (which I was) and said she didn't know what to do with me. For the sleep, she prescribed a muscle relaxant and said to come back in six months. I was devastated. For a 75 year old not to sleep more than four hours a night, she said, "maybe that's all you need, don't believe what you read". This is wrong on so many levels and she gets to charge Medicare at least $200 for that visit. Watch who you go to.

Dr. Adhikari is amazing. The best rheumatologist in the area. She is very compassionate and understanding. It's easy to get an appointment and she is very quick to take care of any of my needs. I'd refer her to anyone.

After seeing Dr. Adhikhari for years I have yet to receive a formal diagnosis for my Inflammatory Arthritis. She is also well aware that I suffer greatly with Myofascial pain and refuses to help me treat it. To top it off, when I explained that I suffered from exhaustion after minimal physical activity she actually Laughed at me and said that she Wished that she could stay in bed for days but her husband and children would Never allow it. Insensitive-just as is her nurse Brandi UGG. MEAN.

I see Dr. Adhikari for lupus and fibromyalgia. She is taking good care of me. Very interested in how I feel. I would hope that anyone that need her field of care would be happy with her. I can't remember how many years I've been with her, but I feel that she is great.

Dr Adhikari is not the dr I thought I was going to see by the reviews I read. I thought she was going to finally be someone that was going to help me with this horrible disease. But of course I go there and get told that she can't help me because of my thyroid. I've had this thyroid issue for 24 years and I've never felt this bad until I had a hysterectomy and got fibromyalgia I know my body but Dr tara tries to say I don't know anything I know for a fact that my sickness is my fibromyalgia

I highly recommend Dr. Adhikari! She took the time to listen to me and gave me a thorough exam. I had seen two Rheumetologists before I found her and neither of them looked deeper into the issues I was having. I was so frustrated because I felt like nobody was hearing me. With just one visit to Dr. Adhikari, I felt heard, accepted and entrusted with compassion and care. We came up with a plan to help me alleviate my pain and get back to my best self. 5 star service for sure!

Dr. Adhikari was wonderful. She took her time with me, going over all of my symptoms and physically examining me. She listened and actually communicated with me, unlike some doctors I have visited in the past. I drove 30 miles to her office, but it was well worth the drive!
