I thought I was having a health issue that might have needed somewhat of an urgent attention, so I messaged her through Kaiser's messaging system to see if this is something I should to to ER or urgent care for, or if she'd see me. She NEVER responded. I've used this system numerous times to communicate with my kids' doctors so I know it works. I changed my primary physician because I don't feel that she cares. Even if this was out of her practice, she should respond to let me know what to do.

I don't get the impression she concentrates on YOU while she is seeing you. I also don't feel she considers thinking outside the basic norm with regards to diagnosis/treatment. This may be KAISER; I hope not........ she is the one Doctor in the last 30+ years I have been with Kaiser where I leave believing I am not getting proper medical care.
