She listened to everything I had to say and answered my questions and even listened/answered when I brought up a theory I had about my care/problem. And we discussed it. It made me feel heard.

Dr. Kerr is a kind and sympathetic, caring and intelligent doctor. She listened to all my concerns, because I'd just lost my sister to pancreatic cancer in October. Because if my situation she is referring me to the cancer clinic at VM so I can talk to them about this and any hereditary aspects to neuroendocrine pancreatic cancer. She gave me time to talk this was so comforting. [...]. She was wonderful and I felt like I am on my way to meeting with the experts in this area.

Dr Kerr was excellent. This was my first real visit with her, and I couldn't be more pleased in all aspects. She listened and helped with a course of action and then followed up immediately

I really like Dr. Kerr as a PCP. She takes the time to listen to my concerns. She proposes options for care and leaves room for me to ask questions and make decisions about my care. I appreciate that she educates about symptoms and management, treatments, etc.

Once we got started she seemed unhurried and connected to my case. This was my first time with her so it was a lot of catching up type questions. Hope tardiness was a one time issue. Have annual in August.
