Dr. Tara Scott, MD

I have paid thousands of dollars to see Dr. Scott for years. She is a one-trick pony and her answer to everything is progesterone. I told her I felt worse on it. She then said we needed to double it! I became a monster while taking it. I was so angry, rude, and suicidal. I finally trusted my own judgment and went off. My periods are still rough, but I'm thankful I'm not weeping over the tiniest inconvenience becoming so angry that I don't recognize myself. She also has asked me at every appt if I take fish oil. I've answered yes each time. She has suggested stimulating the vagus nerve by singing or gargling. Again, mentions it each and every appt. You'll pay a lot of money to see her with little to no results. She also does cut you off while you're talking, even if you're quickly answering her questions.

I stopped in to purchase supplements and was told that what I wanted was sold out. The receptionist thought it was humorous that I wasted a trip. She was arrogant and rude. I thought that a quality doctor would hire a better staff member. I will not be back.

Dr. Scott delivered both of our children and she has continued to be my OB for my yearlies, etc. She is personable, caring and a great Doctor. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
