Dr. Tarek Bisat, MD

Our pediatrician sent a referral to this office. I never heard from them so after 2 weeks I called them. they said they never got the referral and would call me when they got it. I called pediatrician told them to send it again. they did and I still didn't hear from this office. I have left many messages And no one will call me back. this has been going on for about 6 weeks. I finally tell the pediatrician to just forget it.

Dr. Bisat is a wonderful doctor! He treated my daughter for over 5 years. He was extremely thorough in monitoring her condition/medication and very knowledgeable of her rare disease. He was always so kind and caring and really took his time listening to our concerns and helped us have a better understanding of her disease. His front desk staff and his nurse, Nancy, were extremely kind and professional as well. We would still be going to him today if we hadn't moved out of the state. I highly recommend him!

I would never recommend Dr. Bisat for any treatment. He has no bedside manner and I don't know why he works with children. Dr. Bisat was rude to my child and made my child cry because of his lack of bedside manner. He would not listen to what myself or my child was saying and interrupted us and attempted to finish our sentences for us. There is not a lab in the office and had a long wait. The office was difficult to get in touch with and did not answer the phone. I would not recommend.

My daughter was a patient for over a decade and my son has been a patient for a year. Dr. Bisat is a kind, knowledgeable physician who truly cares about his patients. His nurse Nancy is incredible. I highly recommend this practice for parents who want their children to be cared for by the best!

My child was referred to Dr. Bisat, but after two weeks of calling I only reached someone every few days. I was told twice that my child's paperwork never came through. It was sent four times! Then I was told that only one person handles setting appointments for new referrals and they were out and to call back next week. When I did I was told they were sick and to call back in another week. No time frame set for when an appt could be made. Got approved for a dr in Tally FL, appt next week!
