The first time I met Dr. Waked I was very nervous and didn’t know what to expect. Some Drs intimidate me and make me feel small. But Dr. Waked wanted me to be healthy and successful. I got my switch surgery done October 27, 2022. I’m so grateful my primary Dr., lead me to him. If I find a Doctor that I can trust in…. I will give 110%. Thank you Dr. Waked.

Best weight loss surgeon in the area
I had my weight loss surgery by another doctor and had many complications. After seeing many surgeons, I decided to go for Dr. Waked as the other surgeons did not feel comfortable fixing me. He did my surgery and I recovered immediately. Went hone next day and I feel great since then. He saved my life. My husband and I are very grateful for him.

Excellent Surgeon
In 2021 Dr. Waked removed a very large growth I had in my abdomen. I did a lot of research on both the doctor and the procedure before the surgery was scheduled. His confidence in his abilities eased my mind greatly prior to surgery as the surgery itself isn't extremely common. After many years of not realizing that I really didn't feel that great, I actually feel great now. If I ever need any type of general surgery again, I hope I will be able to use the same surgeon!!

Love this doctor
Had sleeve surgery with him. Had great experience! Minimal pain and I was up walking within hours of the surgery. I left the same day of the procedure. Now I have lost 73 pounds in the last 6 months! Love my journey. Best surgeon in town

Dr. Waked is an exceptional bariatric and general surgeon who I am proud to be one of many of his success weight loss patients. If I were to move on the western shore or if Dr. Waked were to move his practice, I would go wherever Dr. Waked was. That is how much I value his trustworthiness and decisions concerning my health. Dr. Waked does what’s in the best interest for his patients and often calls us at home personally to check on us to see how we are progressing. Dr. Waked you rock!!!
