Called and got his answering service 11/11/21. The agent refused to take a message and then hung up on me twice. Rude! I then sent an email to the office asking that they call me because I wanted to report the complaint to them, since the service represents their practice. No call back. When I called them, the male who answered the phone was indifferent to my complaint. When I mentioned that I would just share the info with the doctor when I saw him for a FIRST visit, I received a call back 2 hrs later stating that the doctor felt that I should find another Rheumatologist. So, word to the wise, any doctor who isn't interested in you having a positive experience with him, his practice and those he employs, is a QUACK and not someone you want to see. Before I received the call back from the employee, I had already begun the search for, and found another Rheumatologist with a very professional office staff. Remember, it trickles down from the top. Good riddance!
