Dr. Boone is a wonderful doctor. She is very thorough in her assessment. She LISTENS to her patients. She's extremely competent and compassionate. She was recommended to me by my cardiologist and my best friend. I am an RN, and I trust her and love her personality and warmth. She doesn't rush through the appointment....you won't feel like cattle being prodded! She helped me through the loss of my beloved mother. And, she has the most infectious laugh that warms my heart. You won't be disappointed! She cares!

Great doctor but the staff needs to be replaced
She is very nice but was more interested in selling items for weight loss and other non medical profit making merchandise. She needs to address the rude and unprofessional staff who are the reason why she no longer is my physician.

Dr. Boone is very professional, gives me a very warm and welcoming feeling every single time I go. Like Family welcoming me . She is a great listener and has maintained me without additional pain or cholesterol increase since she has provided the perfect medicines to maintain my symptoms under control. The staff members are very kind to me, respectful , patient and professional . The nurses work as a team and are top of the line nurses. A smooth transition of communication from doctor to nurse. These wonderful nurses are very patient , not only with me but with my family. Dr. Boone became my doctor right after a very hard time in my life. After a while I left the state and four years later came back . The understanding , listening skills and treatment that the good doctor provided to me I never forgot. Therefore she now continues to be my doctor and I am very grateful. They have a very together and well informed and educated team.

She's rude and so are her workers. They are incompetent. I waited for over an hour even though i was on time only to find out they put my time down wrong. They admitted it was their fault but only after a lot of attitude. Dr. Boone won't look you in the eye as she seems to have some superiority complex.

I, went to my Wednesday, the 17th of 2018 at 11:00a.m. appointment with Dr. Tasha Boone. That would have been my third scheduled appointment with Dr. Boone. But, that appointment did not take place, because Dr. Boone was not the kind and compassionate person I met in my previous two appointments. She was this, disorderly, loud and boisterous, confrontational person. She broke all the HIPPA laws, when she refused to close the patient room door, and stepped out into the hallway, while patients and

Dr. Boone is excellent but I would have better luck scheduling an appointment with former President Obama. She is patience, kind and very personable. Her staff is very nonchalant and could care less about you. Very disappointed in how they handle scheduling. Don't expect a return phone call the same day. That's out, just suck it up and go to Urgent Care.

Ive been with Dr.Boone for years now and i love her. Her staff on the other hand are absolutely terrible. They always have an excuse as to why i cant be seen or it takes months to get an appointment. If Dr.Boone could find a better staff i would recommend her to everyone but save your time and money and find somewhere to actually get cared for.

I have had many Doctors thru the years; found Dr. Boone 2 yrs ago. My health issues complex. Traditional doctors want to prescribe meds causing more issues/interactions. I have learned many things from the holistic approach as well, ie, nutrition/vitamin supplementation, etc. She welcomes patients input; a refreshing concept. A reviewer complained that she offers nutritional products. Only because patients (including me) ASKED. Addressing the actual issue vs. another Rx=Quality Awesome Care!!

Chose this Pcp because she could treat me and my daughter. So I could do 2 in 1 obviously. She is great with my daughter. However since day one she has completely neglected me. Asking many times for help. Me being her only parent would make you think it would be imperative to make sure I am treated to. Not!! Plus the staff is beyond rude and do not care about my opinion on the matter of my care. Granted my daughter is my main concern. Yet no matter what I should be a concern considering!!

1.) she personally advertises (a probably sells) "herbal teas" in the exam rooms. As a doctor, she should know that those "teas" should not be peddled as a health cure-all. 2.) At my appt, I brought the bottle of medication that I use, however when I went to Rx to pick up my prescription was different and I was never alerted. 3.) I tried calling to get a prescription for a cold-sore, so I could catch/prevent in time - no word by end of business day

She's caring, compassionate and takes time to listen and gives her all to get to the bottom of whatever may be wrong with you at the time. Then she prescribes the best treatment for your diagnosis and will follow-up with you if you aren't improving.

I went to my appointment with Dr. Boone and she suggested I get a test done to determine further treatment. I went to get the test done and almost 2 months later, I still haven't heard from her office regarding my test results. I've called multiple times, left multiple messages, and even sent a letter. Still no response. This is unacceptable. What's the point of leaving messages? Up until this point I was very pleased with Dr. Boone and her practice, but now I have found another doctor.

DR Boone is the absolute best physician I've ever seen. She answers all questions and she genuinely cares and that's something that can't be faked. Some days the wait time might be a little longer than 20 minutes but it is well worth the time. I'm so thankful for Dr Boone.
