Absolutely worst
Let me first say the staff was great! This Dr. was so incredible rude and ignorant. I came into the office today for my daughter. She had been having issues with her tonsils and our pediatrician told us to see an ENT. Aslanidis DO, Tasos Made me feel like a was wasting his time and that I shouldn’t be there. He talked over me and made me feel stupid. He said he was trying to “ educate me” on what criteria needed to be meet for my daughter to get her tonsils out. But that’s not why we were there. I wanted Aslanidis DO, Tasos to take a look at her tonsils to tell me if I needed to be worried or if it was nothing to be concerned about. After making me feel like an idiot he finally examined my daughter only to see her tonsils are larger than they should be. After that he returned to his computer&continued to educate me on tonsillectomies& told me I needed to find a new pediatrician. I stood up in tears, telling him how he made me feel&that I wanted to leave because of how he made feel.

Belittled me to tears.
Let me just start off by saying that the reception staff at this location are wonderful, specifically Paige. She had compassion for me after my horrible visit with Dr. Aslanidis. I was referred by my primary doctor due to recurring sinus infections and concerns of hearing loss.As soon as he walked in I could tell this wasn't going to be a respectful visit. No knocking upon entering, no introduction, no hand washing. He continuously cut me off when I was trying to explain why I was there as per my primary dr. He didn't do an exam before prescribing 3 weeks of antibiotics! Even though I currently don't have a sinus infection. He then said he was ordering me a CT... all without an exam of my ears, nose or throat. When he finally decided to actually take a look, he performed a nasal endoscopy without explaining what he was about to do, and without NUMBING ME which caused me great discomfort. It is no surprise that I was happily given the number to supervisors & managers before leaving.

Love Dr. A
First saw him years ago for about eight years and totally loved him. My husband daughter and I became patients When my other daughter needed to go to an ENT I couldn’t find him. That practice wouldn’t tell me where he was. With a quick google search I found him in Maryland. Way to far to travel. Then recently I was told to see and ENT. Another quick google search and for him back in NJ just a 40 minute drive. Back under his care. He's a caring doctor that goes above and beyond for his patients. So happy he's back close enough to travel too

Don’t waste your time or money
I saw this Dr over a year ago and still get annoyed by it when I think of it. I waited 45 minutes and he was in the room with me for about 4 minutes. I told him I was having recurring sinus infections and he asked who told me that. I said, “every provider I’ve seen when I get sick.” He responded shortly, “only an ENT can diagnose a sinus infection.” *eyeroll* I know where my sinuses are located and I get a very specific burn in them to the point where my teeth hurt. It’s not rocket science, dude. He then said he couldn’t tell me anything without a CT scan and sent me on my way. During my follow up he said my CT scan showed nothing. I said “why am I getting these infections back to back?” His response? “Well you don’t have one right now so I don’t know.” Unbelievable. I hadn’t met my deductible so this was not only a large waste of my time but it cost me around $1000 to get no information or help whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Do not Reccomend for Preventatitve Care
Typical experience as a younger person with a doctor in today's world, came in with a rushed demeanor, dismissive tone with regard to any concerns expressed, kept saying, everything looks good.. Which is fine if that's the case, but for my concerns/issues there was nothing expounded upon, no demonstration of care or guidance if things persist, just dismissive and seemed almost annoyed at my level of concern for my health. This is a typical experience for me with any doctor nowadays as a younger person and I am not blaming Dr. Aslandis, but rather a system that forces doctors to adhere to a patient visit quota to appease insurance companies. If you are younger and are looking to get answers about potential problems or preventative care, you have to be your own doctor and come in knowing exactly what test you want ran and demand that it is run, because these doctors will dismiss and gaslight you and say youre young and healthy regardless if you are or not.

Worse Dr. I’ve ever had.
Suffered with coughing for months waiting on an appointment. He was rude, wouldn’t give you time to answer questions and cut you off upon giving medical history.. Then refused to treat me for a reason i was trying to explain to him in the first place. Worse medical “professional” I’ve ever dealt with!

Horrible Experience
Went to see him on reference to an abscess on my ear, he walked into the room (didn’t wash hands) examined my ear for 5 seconds, left back out (to do online research) then came back (still no hand washing) only to tell me EXACTLY what I had already read online after doing my own research previously. When I tried to explain my symptoms more he cut me off, he clearly sounded like he had NO IDEA what he was dealing with, instead of saying that, he literally kept repeating word for word what he had read online! In the middle of each of my sentences he cut me off EVERYTIME! I literally had to ask him “have you dealt with anything like this before?” Let alone he sat with his legs as far apart as he could get them while sitting a good away from me! I do not recommend going to him unless it’s actually his specialty! Left there with nothing more than what I’d already know ! Definitely disputing this visit with my insurance.

My surgery for a deviated septum exceeded my expectations. No pain and very little swelling. Dr Aslanidis explained things so well that I knew exactly what to expect. I cant believe the difference now vs prior to my surgery. I trust his expertise and ability to diagnose problems quickly. I highly recommend Dr Aslanidis and his staff

Dr. A has been my Dr. for quite a few years. He surgically cured me of my chronic bronchitis and has done a subsequent equally successful surgery that was needed to improve my well being. He is always pleasant, knowledgeable and always explains to me what is going on and how we are going to fix it. Although the rest of the Dr.'s in the practice are very good, Dr., A stands head and shoulders above. Smart. Creative. Concerned. Knowledgeable. I trust him with my life.

I was referred to Dr. Aslanidis for a 2nd opinion regarding a complicated matter. He did not give me lip service but instead took great care to fully address my concerns. As an attorney, I am used to dissecting everything so it takes a rare and special person to be able to give me the comfort level that I look for. I have found his judgment to be very sound and am confident that he has steered me correctly. I hope this review proves helpful to someone else looking for an exceptional ENT doctor.

Felt railroaded. Did not allow me to explain symptoms. Asked questions then basically answered them for me or cut me off when I tried to talk. Rude. Seemed to be a hustler, ordering a bunch of tests after doing a scope and hearing test. Cold when he suggested that I don't have allergies (I do) but probably have sleep apnea, as if that would be a better diagnosis. Will not go back.

Dr. Aslanidis is extremely rude. He asks questions, and does not give you the time to respond. When you do respond, he cuts you off, and doesn't listen. He quickly brushes off any claims of ailments and sends you to get an MRI, because he can't figure it out. It is important that there is communication between the patient and the Doctor. This is not the case here. I also saw him use the same instrument on my nose as he did on another patient (with out cleaning it first!).

I waited in the waiting room for over an hour. I spent about 5 minutes with the doctor. He seemed to have made up his mind just by reading my chart. He took 3 VERY quick looks at me, one in each ear and up my nose. He said, nope its not X, its Y...now here go see this other specialist. Have a nice day. What a waste of money from my insurance fund.
