Dr. Tatiana Hernandez, MD

Staff was friendly but i had a problem and she did not seem interested in find a solution for my concern. I went to another doctor and definitely showed interested in helping me with my illness. and started a treatment.

I am seeing Dr Tatiana Hernandez and found that she's very detailed on explaining blood test result & any other tests, her assistant Sarai has helped when my prescription is held by my insurance. I haven't had any problem with her staff. I recommend her !

I have had Dr. Hernandez for years, at first things ran smoothly at the office but as the years have passed I have seen front office staff come and go. I have had lab work results that the office failed to call me about, prescription refills are a nightmare, doctor does not call back when you call in and request a call back, new staff has to ask over and over where does medicine is called in. Effective staff never stays around long. Honestly, can the doctor look at me instead of looking at a computer?

Wait times are too long, my drug store is always calling me to call dr cause they have problems renewing prescriptions through the office.

While I do like Dr.Hernandez, I’m sorry to say the office staff borders on incompetence. Not too big a deal I quess, be prepared to be on hold 15 to20 minutes! Has taken me multiple phone callers to get a proper referral, authorization to a specialist That should have been taken care of while I was IN the office. I will be changing Dr.’s only as good as your staff!

Always takes the time and interest in treating her patients. Listens to your complaints and takes the necessary action to get to the bottom of the problem. Very patient and has excellent bedside manors. Her new addition to her office (Dr. Castillo is also very much like her). Staff is friendly and cooperative. Highly recommend both of them!

Amazing Doctor takes the time to visit her patients in the hospital rather than farming them out. Follows up on phone calls after hours ASAP!! Listens to concerns and addresses them properly. She was highly recommended by her colleagues for a very great reason. She is amazing. Her staff is amazing and they handle all my needs so quickly. I did not think I could trust of love another doctor like I did with Dr. Daniel Rodriguez. However as he assured me she is amazing. Thanks so much.

I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Hernandez and her staff. I recently became very ill. Dr. Hernandez had the compassion and wisdom to get me into the right specialists quickly to help me heal. I know some don't like to wait hours to see the dr. But this is the kind of dr. You want to wait for, as she spends the time to listen and understand every thing about you so she can make the best decision for your healthcare. Absolutely the Best care you want for yourself.

She is the best Doctor I ever had. She takes her time with you and has a wealth of knowledge. I now have my 89 year old Mother as her patient. She loves her too. My Moms health has been so much better since she started seeing Dr. Hernandez. I am so grateful. She is very sweet also.
