Terrible Experience
If I could give this office a no star rating I would. The front desk is the most incompetent and unhelpful I’ve ever encountered. After waiting 8 weeks for appointment and it finally arriving we were told after waiting over an hour in office that our insurance was not accepted. Took zero responsibility for never letting us know in advance and blamed it all on the SICK patient who left in tears! Absolutely the most DISGUSTING and outrageous exchange from a doctors office I’ve ever had. Never got to meet the doctor, so this is all about her staff and not her as a medical professional… I can only hope she conducts herself better than the people she has working for her.

Dr Grinchenko is so caring she really takes the time to make sure you are getting all that medicine has to offer...She is so compassionate...she cares about her Patients. There should be more caring Doctors like her. She is EXCELLENT!!!!!

Love, love, love her. Kind, knowledgeable, thorough. I have osteo arthritis and need periodic shots for my hand/ thumb. She does this during ultrasound and finds the extact spot where the pain is. She has been successful everytime. I work with my hands so this is bitsl to me. The pain goes away within days.

I visited Dr. Grinchenko twice for severe muscle pain and got no help at all. I was told I needed PT. got a second opinion and was quickly diagnosed with PMR. Sure wish I could get my high co pay back.
