Made appointment online & received email confirmation of appointment. Office cancelled my appointment without asking or confirming with me - showed up to appointment and they had no explanation of why appointment had been cancelled or knowledge of why. Extremely inconvenient for me because I took time off work & coordinated childcare & waited over a month for this appointment to have absolutely no explanation from the providers. I don’t have time to wait another 1-2 months for an appointment & can go somewhere else if this is how patients are treated and the office is run.

Dr. Veh was not compassionate at all. Seemed in a rush both times I spoke with her and at one time walked out in a huff. I needed some time to gather myself and she tried to force me to listen to pre procedure information I was not ready for. Would not recommend.

Dr. Veh has been wonderful. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns and never makes me feel like a bother. She also talks me in a way that makes sense and takes the time to explain everything. She also seems like she actually cares about your wellbeing.
