Rude and dismissive
I started seeing her when I went to an SSM ER during one of the worst migraines I'd ever had. They referred me to her and I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly. First of all, I want to say her nurse was great. She was always trying to help me get the best treatment and suggested medications to ask Dr. Khan about that had helped other patients. Problem was when I tried to ask Dr. Khan, she dismissed my question and said, and I quote 'There's no point because you can't afford it' I then asked for a referral to an infusion center because I was having to go to urgent care a lot from intractable migraines. Her reply 'No, I won't refer you because you don't need that.' She would interrupt me while I tried to explain what was going on and was dismissive and rude. I saw her for 2 years and never got better because she never listened and didn't care. After that visit I sought out a new doctor and my migraines have significantly decreased since then and are no longer chronic.

NOPE!
Not very compassionate, didn't listen to anything I had to say or ask. I was reassigned to her when my previous neurologist left for another practice. I am asking for a new referral from my primary at my next visit.

Horrible
She spent maybe 5 minutes in the room with me. Didn’t even address my concerns, which seem to point to ms. I had to insist she order an mri. She looked at my meds and said that I’m already on 3 that can help with migraines, so theres’s nothing else she can do for me. I have been living with symptoms for many years now, and dr’s can’t figure out whats going on. Dr Kahn has no desire to help patients going through autoimmune issues find answers and relief. Don’t go see her.

Dr. khan actually listens and takes the time to understand your concerns in a time when many doctors rush through appointment and don't seem to genuinely care. She is one of the few left who genuinely cares for her patients.

Working with Dr. Khan was extremely frustrating. There were times that her office would cancel my migraine treatment last minute and not reschedule me for weeks [and once a whole month]. I didn't feel listened to or valued as a patient. I eventually switched doctors as the cancellations and gaps in my treatment caused breakthrough migraines.

Dr. Khan helped me understand my diagnosis and was diligent in following up to make sure I was responding well to the prescribed medications. It took time to find the correct combination of medications to address my condition and without Dr. Khan's compassion and professionalism I would still be suffering.

She did not help me at all. She told me that there was nothing else for her to do for me. But wanted me to keep coming back every 3 to 4 months so she could tell me the same thing

I visited Dr. khan when I had myraid symptoms and numerous other doctors could not figure out what was going on. She intelligently discovered the issue and was able to explain and kindly reassured my husband and I of the proper treatment. I owe my improved health to her diagnosis and highly recommend her.

I went to Dr. Khan because I'm having symptoms with a brain cyst causing trigeminal neuralgia and possibly more my doctor and the radiologist both said it caused mild Mass affects because it's sitting on some nerves she said she looked at my image & said there was no cyst where they said there was I still had my pineal cyst but I had not done a follow up on it but that my symptoms were not from the either cyst. I promise I'm having symptoms! Seemed careless & like she didnt look @ image ??

After seeing my wife in the hospital she is through with her, she will not follow up with her whatsoever. She was rude, wouldn't answer our questions, and called us both liars. We werent able to pick a neuro but if you are able to pick one do not waste your valuable time and money with khan! It is impossible to live a normal life with 20-40 seizures a day so we will have to see a new neuro who will hopefully help my wife.

Dr. Khan was rude and did not want to listen to any of our concerns. She apparently doesn't know what medicines are controlled and cannot have refills. On our F/U visit she insisted we had refills for Concerta, we did not it requires a written script each time. I would not recommend Dr.Khan to anyone. We will not return...
