Avoid
You’ll be there forever waiting. Consistent on that. Had enough this last visit and they began to argue with me because I was going to leave after waiting 40 minutes and not being seen with 0 other patients in waiting room at time of arrival. Also, once finally stopped and briefly seen, hurried through reading bloodwork and appointment which isn’t quite professional; Especially when insurance isn’t the greatest and spending your own money to visit about your health. Kalra isn’t very receptive to feedback.If you do choose to go, it’s at your own risk. Yikes!!!

This is the worst experience I have ever had. Doctor is Okay but Office Administration is extremely unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. They work on suppositions and assume the patient just a mule. I will never recommend anyone to this office.

Terrible office staff. Over books so patients sit and wait, and wait, and wait. Totally no personal relationship to patients. Absolutely no follow up from visit to visit. It's like starting over each time you see her.
