Dr. Terence Angtuaco, MD

I arrived 20 to 30 minutes early for appointment and was still made to way nearly 2 hours in the examination room. At point did anyone offer to just reschedule my appointment once it because clear that Angtuaco was HOURS behind his schedule. If he can't take care of patients in a timely manner, maybe he shouldn't be overbooking himself. When I contacted him later, he did not bother responding. Clearly Angtuaco does not care about patients, he only cares about how much money he can get from patients and their insurance considering his clinic charges high fees for cancellations and the fact that he uses the examination room as a space to advertise his personal books to patients. He's happy to advertise to his patients and waste their time, but not to actually take care of them.

The office staff, nurses and Dr. Angtuaco have been great to work with in dealing with some liver concerns I have experienced following a cancer diagnosis in a different area. I highly recommend him and his staff at Premier Gastroenterology in Little Rock, Arkansas.

My visit today was very knowledgeable! Dr Angtuaco helped me to see the full picture of my previous surgery in Dec 2018. I wasn't aware just how bad my condition was, but Dr Angtuaco was very thorough in explaining my previous condition and how wonderful of a surgeon that I had for my procedure! He made me see that surgeon in a whole new & different light! Made me appreciate him even more! My husband accompanied me on this visit & he really liked how Dr Angtuaco took the time to explain my options for an upcoming test & what might or would follow_pending the results! Dr Angtuaco, I just want to thank you for everything. I may not have shown my gratitude or appreciation at my appointment today _ but I really do respect you & appreciate you. YOU'RE THE BEST! -& my husband wants you to be his Dr as well. Thanks for filling me with so much info that I was not fully aware of & thanks for hearing all my concerns. I was just a bit scared about procedure & other health issues. Thanks again

I had EGD and colonoscopy. The clinic sent me home with three pages of papers showing results with NO explanation. I had several issues and Angtuaco never talked to me to discuss them. Didn’t tell me what I could and couldn’t eat, why he gave me the medicine he gave me, why I needed to schedule another EGD in two months, etc etc. He is dismissive and I am trying to change doctors

Did colonoscopy & I was told to call back in 5 days to get results. First of all why I’m I calling him. He should be calling his patients back & explaining their findings & what protocol should be taken if any. I called back & only got his answering machine only to be told I would get a call back in 24 hours. Still no call. Some doctors need to be more thoughtful about a patient well being & mindset. I guess money do make their world go round. I would like to say Thank you to the Doctors that are compassionate about their patients & Care about their feelings.

This doctor and his staff are very knowledgeable and met every expectation!

Doesn't call with results in a timely manner. Office doesn't return phone calls even when emergency room told you to follow up with your Gastro. Doesn't review chart before your appointment. Sent me to have a major abdominal surgery , and then wasn't familiar with my case when I came in for a follow up.
