Easy, efficient, painless and understanding are the words that come to mind. I'd been dealing with a foot issue for over a year and they booked me asap and I was in the waiting room no longer than 10 minutes. Highly recommend!

A great visit starts before the visit. I didn't have to wait months for an appointment (Dr. Burtoft's practice scheduled me in within a week). I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and the receptionist was very efficient and pleasant. Dr. Burtoft was right on time, too - no waiting. And while I didn't get the most exciting diagnosis (a corn on my little toe), she treated both me and my toe with thoughtfulness, professionalism and respect. Would definitely recommend her to anyone with a medical issue in the foot.

I was having problems with my feet and ended up seeing Dr. Burtoft. She was awesome! Had to go to her several times for shots in my feet, as I had a couple of issues. Talked about having surgery for my bunion at some point, but after my last treatment (a few years ago) I haven't had any problems. I highly recommend her any time I can!

From the very first phone call to the office I knew that this would be a great experience. Dr. Burtoft and the office staff are nothing but professional and kind. I was seen at the time of my appointment (which is amazing these days not to wait at least an hour in the waiting room). She was clear and concise in her explanations and the plan I need going forth. She has a great sense of humor and seemed like a 'real' person to me instead of a doctor who is only looking to get me out of the office.

I have been a patient of Dr. Burtoft's for a number of years and that is because I trust her and know that she has the skills to handle whatever may come her way. I am a Diabetic and have had multiple foot issues. Dr. Burtoft has handled everyone of them with professionalism and care! I wouldn't go anywhere else. The other members of her staff are wonderful! They are always able to get you in in a timely manner and genuinely care about your visit. This isn't found at a lot of offices!

Dr. Burtoft and her staff are great! They all were very flexible with scheduling for me when I had to make a last-minute change due to illness, and then got me right back in to alleviate my foot pain. Dr. Burtoft has an excellent matter-of-fact, down-to-earth manner of explaining treatments and efficacy.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Burtoft today and I was very impressed by how professional the front staff was. I was greeted with a warm welcome even though I was a little late... I was seen immediately by Dr. Burtoft and again was extremely impressed by her courtesy and professionalism. Dr Burtoft explained all options fully and made recommendations that were appropriate for my circumstances. I would certainly recommend this office!

Dr. Burtoft and Dr. Dalrymple are both professional in every sense of the word. No matter who I have my appts. with I feel very comfortable and confident that I am being well taken care of. That also goes for their entire staff. The receptionists are second to none. They are so friendly and always have smiles on their faces and ready to assist you in any way they can. Just a pleasant atmosphere all around.

Found office staff very professional and friendly. Dr. Burtoft relieved my pain in my arthritic big toe with cortisone shots and explained everything so it was easily understood. Would recommend her highly. I was very happy with her services.

Dr Butoft was able to correct a horrid foot surgery I had by another doctor. I now have NO PAIN!!
