Dr. Teresa De Roulet, MD

I went to Dr. de Roulet a couple times and she is the type of doctor that does not take the time to truly listen to you and try to solve your symptoms. After going to one of the top dermatologists in OC (outside Kaiser) who finally solved a skin issue I had by connecting it to specific foods, I wanted to get a blood test through Kaiser to see which other foods I may be allergic to. Instead of listening to this, she said that she’s “never heard of those foods being an issue” and only ordered a blood test for those foods in the effort to debunk the dermatologist. I did not realize this until I went to get my blood drawn on a Saturday and they told me those were the only ones selected. When then requesting that I go to a dietician, she denied my request and said she would only send me to a dermatologist (knowing my backstory and knowing I did not need that). Dr. De Roulet is a fantastic doctor. She watches over all my family's health needs and I am confident that we are in good hands. She has been great for any health issues that have arisen for us and taken very good care of us. I highly recommend her.

Dr. De Roulet has been my doctor on and off for years. I was recently able to go back to Kaiser and resume with her. It's a welcome relief. She's always been attentive and knowledgeable about my issues, much more so than any other doctor I have had. In the year and a half that I had blue cross PPO insurance and the pick of any doctor I want, I struggled trying to find someone who was both well informed and that I connected with as a person.

She spends more time typing then listening and communicating to patient. In the end she says one thing and in the computer she adds another. There is a reason multiple people added poor ratings. Get rid of her please. She never remembers anything about her patients and obviously spends zero time reading their chart before seeing the patient. What a great feeling to have your primary care provider forgot you every time. Make you feel confident in her. (obvious sarcasm). Choose another!
