Our experience with Dr. Proietti in the ER raises serious concerns. We brought our child in with fever, tachycardia, low blood pressure, and dehydration—all clear indicators of a serious condition. Despite this, she had the nurse tell us everything was fine and discharged us without reevaluating his condition. She never checked updated vitals, failed to address his inability to urinate, and misdocumented lab results that warranted immediate intervention. Within 48 hours, our child was in full septic shock, fighting for his life, requiring 40 days in critical care and multiple surgeries. Had she taken the proper steps and followed medical standards, this may have been prevented. Dr. Proietti seemed dismissive, rushed, and unconcerned about our child’s worsening condition. To make matters worse, she grossly overbilled us for care that was never properly provided. This is a breach of trust that cannot be undone. Our child now faces lifelong health challenges due to these failures.

Worst choice ever
Rude, uncommunicative, egotistical, and condescending. She barely met minimum care requirements, nothing more. A tyrant in a lab coat. Good luck getting any information or empathy from this physician. I wish there were a way to give her less than one star. Avoid at all costs.
