Dr. Teresa Skojac, MD

My family have used Dr. Skojac for our family doctor since 2016. At the beginning, she was great and extremely helpful. As I (the wife and mother) started to experience issues, we discussed them at my annual wellness exam and I was blown off. The following year more symptoms were happing and I asked for tests to be ran to check my hormones in my annual bloodwork. What was ran, told me NOTHING. As I'm now encountering more severe issues, I'm looking for doctors who will be thorough, listen and follow through. It's been more than 2 weeks now and I am still waiting for tests to be ordered. I like Dr. Skojac as a person but whatever the issue is behind what's happening needs addressed.

I went to see Dr.Skojac for the first time, unsure if we would click. I am a know-it-all patient who can be hard to please. However, she is great. She listens, then makes suggestions, and waits to hear your response. I love her! And I almost cancelled the appointment. So glad I did not!

Dr. Skojeck is thorough, however, after asking about my religion, and discovering that I was pagan, she became judgemental. I was told by her that it was unfortunate that I was pagan, and that it didn't seem to be working out for me in reference to my mental health. Upon my next visit I asked the Doctor to be ethical in her handling of others and their religious preferences and was told she would be unable to do that. It seems to me if you cannot set aside religious differences and judgemental attitudes, then perhaps healthcare is not a good choice. Would my treatment have been the same if I had said I was a member of a more recognized non-Christian religion? Are you willing to gamble the quality of your healthcare with someone who cannot show compassionate care to different religious walks?

She was actually my doctor at Yokota AB JAPAN in 1996. With that being said, she in addition to other doctors could not find what the underlying medical issue was with me and as a result I was discharged medically. Keep in mind that they assumed I was malingering. Because I ran into numerous doctors of the like, it wasn't until around 2017-2018 when it was indeed found to be a myopathy instead. Dr. Skojac cares deeply for her patients. She is very thorough, and explains conditions well.

Dr. Skojac is very caring, willing to listen, you never feel rushed and I feel comfortable talking to her about any issue. Her nurses always willing to help and get you what you need. The clinic overall is very busy and they seem short handed and sometimes not call back right away but her office and her nurses are great.

Very unethical,condescending and unprofessional. Definitely has her interest in mind..... not the patients.

Dr. Skyjack is Very professional, works well with different ages and genders. Nurse Sunny is also very professional and pleasant.

If you value your life then you need to steer clear of this so called doctor. I'm not sure how she got a degree but she is definitely unqualified.

Dr. Skojac took time with me at our initial interview to hear my health issues from me as well as being familiar with my health records from my physician I had for approximately 30 years. I immediately felt at ease with Dr. Skojac and now have had two visits with her. Sonny, her nurse, is a gem. She explained process with Dr. Skojac. Easy to talk with Sonny. She follows up with recommendations.

I felt very comfortable with Dr. Skojac and it was easy explaining my health concerns. She asked a lot of questions to understand my medical history and treatment by other doctors. She took the time to listen to my complaints and discuss possible care options. Add her wonderful her Nurse Sunny and I am highly satisfied to have finally found a Primary Care Team who view me as a person, instead just another patient with a 20 minute appointment slot.

My first appointment with Dr. Skojac and Sunny. Sunny was very caring and helpful. Dr. Skojac was very attentive to my needs. I felt like she wanted to really get to the bottom of my health problems.

Didn't listen to me and treated me like I was 80 not 30. I had to go to another doctor to receive care after 2 visits with Dr. Skojac not listening to what I was saying. Her nurse, however, was very nice and seemed to be caring and understanding. Also, that office is disgusting!!!

She and her nurse Sunny has been great every time I have seen them.

Dr. Skojac was extremely helpful and kept my needs first. I felt she understood my problem and I had to explain very little to her.

I have been through 3 doctors since moving to FWB in 2008 and they were okay, but I want doctor who I really like and trust and one who will consider my thoughts/approach to health - and that was my experience with Dr. Skojac. and her sunny assistant Sunny. Finally!

I felt very comfortable and at ease with Dr. Skojac. She asked a lot of questions to understand my history. She explained her recommendations in a way that helped me understand why she recommended a particular course of action. I am very comfortable placing my care and well-being in her hands. I can tell she's very experienced and definitely an advocate for the patient. I highly recommend her. The nurse was also very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Dr. Skojac is very friendly and easy to talk to. Just within a few minutes of speaking with her I am reassured of her knowledge and staying up to date on the latest medical reviews and information. The approach she takes to medicine is appreciated as well, she likes to explore all avenues prior to major $$ procedures. She is a big picture thinker while making everything she shares understandable. I am very glad to have been referred to her.

I felt a ease of conversation. I immediately felt a connection. She made me feel like I was the one making the decisions. She was in no hurry. I felt like a number with other doctors but Not with dr skojac. I will recommend her to everyone. I'm thankful I found her. I hope she continues to be my doctor for years to come.

I definately would recommend Dr. Skojac to anyone looking for a Family practice doctor. She was organized, her nurse was efficient and the wait time was nominal. She listened to my issues, organized the visit and came up with a plan. She explained what she would like to do and and why. I definitely will be returning to her.
