Dr. Teri Shermetaro, DO

Both my wife and I have been (patience's) of this Dr. for quite a while. She is non caring in just about every way, she flat out refuses to help me with the appropriate paper work that is necessary to turn in so that I can still receive my sickness and accident pay while I recover from what ever issue I may be having, like a bone spur in my neck, right down to a big ol kidney stone. Her excuse is she doesn't have time for such problems....Meanwhile my family goes hungry... The staff sucks.

Excellent doctor. Very thorough and caring. Both myself and my 2 kids have been patients of Doctor Shermetaro's for at least 15 years. Staff is helpful. I would never consider switching doctors so I hope she practices for a while.

Dr Shermaterro was great. Everything else about my time with the practice was absolutely horrible. Possibly the worst customer service experience of my adult life. Do yourself a favor and find a different health care provider.

I've been going to Dr. Shermetaro for many years. She has always been very thorough and takes time to listen to her patients. When I moved, I went to a closer physician, but went back to her. The level of care she provides far exceeds any physician I've had. My son was going through a rough patch, and she talked with him and really helped. Her office staff has always been friendly and helpful toward my family and I. Her office is a little small.

My sister is a patient and I am her caregiver. The office staff is extremely rude, not just once but every time we have dealt with them. This makes the patient experience very unpleasant !. They make you feel like you are an interruption to their day. when calling for lab results, she was told by Jeri that the Dr would look at it in a day or two, really, a UTI! I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone. There are too many good physicians and staff out there to put up with this practice.

Both the Nurse and Doctor were very abrupt and rude to me and I was the first patient of the day. Rushed through appt. and nurse was not compassionate when I said that I also needed to be treated for sinus infection. Was told, can't have a well visit and sick visit at same time. Apparently taking my weight and blood pressure and filling out 5 questions on the insurance firm was the well visit and then incorrectly completed the document. Terrible experience today.
