Doctor Daino and Doctor Klotz saved my leg after a traumatic injury from a car accident 24 years ago. Multiple surgeries were needed due to extensive injuries and infections and Dr. Daino made me feel like I was a family member. The plastic surgeon remarked about the precision and skill of this incredible doctor and told me that Doc Daino definitely saved my leg. All these years later his entire team still treats me like a family member. Can’t say enough about the skill and compassion of the Doctor

Dr. Daino has done both of my knee replacements, one rotator cuff repair and he is fantastic. Kind, caring, professional, ethical and a great bedside manor. Very knowledgeable and takes time to explain everything to you and answer all you questions. I would highly recommend him.

I never met Dr. Daino. Have an issue with the receptionist. The day of my appointment Dr. Daino was running quite behind and when I questioned the person at the front desk how long it would be, she cancelled my appointment and tried to give me one for 7 weeks out. I told her I would wait and rearrange the appointment that I had scheduled for later that afternoon. She told me I lost my spot and she couldn't get me back in. This was 3 minutes later. I left quite upset.

Dr. Daino has always taking the time to sit down and talk with me, explain what needs to be done and has taking care of both of my knees and now my shoulders and my hip. He has a great sense of humor, is very kind, and really knows his job. I have already highly recommended him to a number of friends.

This was my 2nd shoulder procedure with Dr. Daino (the left one this time) and was a bit more involved. He went out of his way to call me and go over the procedure because although he talked to me me afterward, he suspected that I didn't recall the conversation. Strong communication skills, continuity of care through my physical therapy , and a well run office are all reasons I can recommend him highly based on experience.

Waited beyond my scheduled follow up appointment time over 45 minutes. Inquired with staff why it was taking so long, they replied because he is a doctor and has patients, what? I may not be a doctor but that doesn't mean my time is any less important, the staffs attitude is appalling. I honored my appointment time, is it wrong to expect the doctor to honor his, schedule less patients per day then. Unacceptable attitude. Would not recommend based on staff's attitude.
