Dr. Terrence Gleason, MD

I liked him. He retired in 2022.

Went for an appointment, the said equipment was broken. They knew the machine was down and did not tell us. He put the camera in to explore and said I was perfect for a procedure. I was having my prostrate checked and cleaned up. Then went for another appointment and he could not do the procedure, but said there were more problems than before and he could not do the procedure again. This time he refunded all of my money and that he could not do it and the equipment would not work. For him being a specialist he sure does not show that he know anything about what he is doing. Stay away from this guy, NO bedside manner and his staff is rude.

Dr. Gleason is at a point in his career where he doesn’t seem to mince words. He happily says what’s on his mind. If he performs a procedure- and feels you should take two days to recover- and you take four- look out. He will become frustrated, accusatory, and difficult to deal with. If you have any emotional issues related to past bad experiences- avoid this doctor. If he orders a test and you remember a time when something bad happened while having such test with another doctor, (malpractice scenario) & so in reflection- you prefer not to undergo such procedures, or maybe you just feel nervous. You’ll receive hell fire and brimstone.

Very Poor. Made me my 1st appoint 2 times. Had to wait well over 2 months. They called 2 weeks prior and cancelled again. Gave me only 1 day at only 1 time near the same month my appointment was waiting 2 months to see him and if i did not take that time I would have to wait 2 more months. I had 2 other doctors appointments that day. Could not take a chance. Would not even give him a DIME.

My son has a classic case of reflux and dr Gleason tossed his case aside saying there was absolutely nothing wrong and that it was just constipation. He possibly caused my child to now have permanent kidney damage, not to mention that he would have saved me one trip to the ER, one trip to the nephrologist, and two trips to the GI Specialist. The nephrologist was not very pleased with Dr Gleeson and seemed like he has a reputation for not catching simple things. Thanks a lot Dr. Gleason.
