I always find the staff very pleasant. Dr. Cone never makes me feel rushed. Sometimes there is a wait, but its because he doesn't rush with his patients.

The people at the front desk are extremely rude and incompetent. I called for a prescription refill and came to pick it up. I have worked in a doctors office as well as a pharmacy so I know the protocol and I know the doctor has to sign off on certain medications. When I arrived, I explained my situation and the receptionist was completely out of line and talked down to me as if I was bothering her and made me feel very uncomfortable. She proceeded to mock me as she closed her window.
