Dr. Terry Ellis, DMD

My appt today was at 8:45am. When I was waiting there for 10 min waiting on someone to check me in. Apparently there debit card system was not working. Even though they have a sign on their window that says they have that with 5 percent charge. Well the banks don’t open until 9 there’s no way we could’ve gotten $510 out an atm. They were very rude and didn’t understand my frustration. No one told me it was only cash! So they told me I had to reschedule. Who wouldn’t be frustrated?! Then Dr Ellis came around and said that’s not my problem and something told me just to find somewhere else who actually cares for their patients. Don’t trust them at all the whole atmosphere of that place is sketchy.

Everyone in the office were very pleasant and friendly. The wait time was very short. I didn't get to warm my seat up. I enjoyed talking to Dr. Ellis. He was very informative, friendly and talkative. He didn't just come in and rush out. He allowed me to ask questions. I believe I'm going to be in good hands for surgery.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Ellis. He cut out an impacted wisdom tooth and pulled another. His staff was wonderful and made me feel comfortable and calm. He has an excellent bedside manner and I am completely satisfied. I hope he is still in practice when my children get their wisdom teeth.
