Dr. Terry Olejko, DDS

Dr Olejko was great. Unfortunately, we were told the initial visit wouldn't cost anything, and then received a bill for which we've been hounded by the staff. He's a really nice guy. I can understand why he needs a pitbull on his staff.

Suzy is rude and incompetent and so is Dr.

I highly recommend Dr.Olejko and his staff. I have had Dr. Olejko remove two wisdom teeth (at different times) and was extremely satisfied with the outcome, it was so quick and recovery was great no issues at all. He is so professional and kind and cannot thank he and his staff enough!

I have more issues with this dr than I can fit in this space so... my abbreviated list: - Dr. told me I would be perfectly fine for a dental implant and later found out that was incorrect after I had already had the teeth removed - Dr. was very rude to myself and his nurses on procedure day - Dr and nursing staff did not listen to me when I said the calming drugs and anesthetic were not working and went ahead with the procedure to remove teeth anyway - I was literally yelling in pain - The day of the procedure the dr was late to start and the nurses were discussing that no one knew where he went and they couldn't find him - The office forgot to schedule me for my necessary follow-ups or follow up with necessary after-care procedures. I called a month later and they were confused - Unable to provide a clear list of charges and insurance coverage information

Upon visiting the office my husband asked how much the office visit would be and no one could answer the question. They had our insurance well in advance of the office visit. Immediately after the visit, the staff informed my husband that Dr. Olejko was not in-network. Since then we have received a bill for $100 and the office manager has been a bully. It is poor practice in this day and age to not be wholly honest upfront with how much services will be. She threatened to send it to collections, stated the Dr is the only one who can waive services, and stated he was too busy to call. It's 2020 and there is no reason for this type of billing practice to be happening. It is as though the Dr is desperate for money that he will see anyone and bill them even if the office knows a customer is not in-network. That is bad business.

So pleased with Dr. Olejko. Both my teens had their wisdom teeth out in the space of a week and everything went smoothly. Great staff and a reasonable price too.

Excellent care form Dr. Olejko and entire staff. Have used this practice for our family and would refer patients to Dr Olejko without hesitation.
