Short version: Staff provided incorrect info., doctor seemed agitated when I voiced my frustration, doctor refused to provide a referral to specialist, owner of the company didn’t bother to return my voice mail, I do not recommend this provider due to the poor experience.

Been to her two times prior today & recommended her to 2 other people. After following all requirements to start a new med (including going to a lab for blood work and waiting 30 days), I went back for my follow-up to get my scrip. I wasn't given the log-in or told I'd need one and then was blamed by the doctor for not getting it while in office (didn't know I needed one). Also didn't send in my scrip to the pharm but the 7 day clock is ticking and only I can pick up. I work 8-? & 1 hour away.

I went to this doctor for getting a WART treatment in my fingers. I almost visited her 5-6 times and every time she pricked my fingers with some medicines and each time after almost a month WART decreased and then came back again.I'm really dissatisfied with the treatment given to me.

Dr. Cervantes was in a rush through the entire appointment. Her assistant was very courteous but the doctor did not allow any additional questions to be adressed that I had. She examined my skin and answered one of my brief questions but when I asked my second question she said that if I'd like to chat about that to come back next time. Dr. Cervantes is not very compassionate and carying, which would be a great (in my opinion necessary) quality to have as a good doctor

not happy with a previous dermatologist, i looked online for someone in my area - called several other offices only to find a several week waiting period called here and was able to get in quickly - a real plus! the office is beautiful in a new building - easy to get to, lots of parking liked everything about it here - office staff are friendly and i really liked dr cervantes...she was personable, informative and had a "happy" vibe - will happily return
