I'm trying to get a follow-up following an MRI and I've been calling for 4 days straight and it goes straight to an email. Not to mention she's gone for a whole month and never gets back at you. I'm not sure how anybody can legally work like this leaving their patients high and dry

Patient
Dr Jenkins is the BEST ever! I suffered years in pain not knowing what was going on with me. After taking several test with several specialty doctors no one could find out what was the problem besides Dr Jenkins! People on here complaining about the wait time to see her, her staff rude, hard time scheduling appointments and all the other things are all lies. Dr Jenkins is a specialist therefore you can’t just run in and out a room just to make everyone happy with the wait time. Overall if you’re looking for a neurologist specialist with knowledge stop here Dr Tessy Jenkins is your perfect choice!!! SHE IS GOOD!!

Caring and Efficient
Dr. Jenkins is a top notch, skilled and professional practitioner. Dr. Jenkins diagnosed my headaches as lacunar infarctions after I had been complaining for months about the bad headaches I’d been experiencing. After almost five years of treatment and therapy, the severe headaches are occurring only about twice a year. I have resumed my activity level one again, Herndon before, I could only lay in the bed, because the headaches absorbed my entire life. Thank you for your time, research, and investigative effort in finding out what was going on in head. I’m forever grateful.

horrible. She had a PA in the past that could run circles around Dr. Jenkins and her Current NP. I’m not sure which one of them is worse, Dr. Jenkins or Linda!!!!

I have no confidence in this doctor. She does not follow through and it seems she does not genuinely care myself as a patient. Very disappointed another physician found her diagnosis to be incorrect. I lost all respect for her, I note a similar response above. Sad but true.

I had a great experience with Dr. Jenkins. In addition to being highly trained (witness Providence internship and Henry Ford residence and fellowship); I find her to be thorough, empathetic and confidence inspiring!!!

I did not feel any confidence in this doctor. She told me she would call in a prescription for me-never did. The office was not organized and when it was time for my appointment she was not even there. The receptionist had to call her to find out when she would be there even though i had a scheduled appointment. Very disrespectful!
