Blind after surgery
Dr. Labbe of Round Rock Taylor area preformed surgery in which I don't think I needed from jump-start. I was seeing before surgery. He only looked into my eye with a little round object. No before or after pictures, only to tell me he explored my eye completely and thoroughly and there was no hemorrhaging. (but my sight in right eye is gone 4 years now) Going into Djafari office he takes plenty of photos and he can see inside my eye without cutting it unlike what Dr. Labbe did. Dr. Djafari is great but his front office all act like they are hard of hearing. Dr. told me my sight wouldn't improve from having a surgery. And he couldn't do anything for my eye. Have ask the front office for paperwork. I have been to six different eye doctors and they all are saying they do not know the reasoning of him cutting in my eye to see the back of the eye.

Exceptional eye care professional
Dr Labbe is a particularly caring health professional. He diagnosed and performed my cataract surgeries; each time I was treated with great professionalism and kindness. His staff was very detailed in their explanations; providing both oral and written pre and post OP instructions. Each visit I was ushered through the process by his dedicated staff with very little wait time (if any at all). Of course, there is a lot to do in diagnosing eye issues. I am grateful I wasn’t rushed. I was reassured by Dr. Labbe’s quiet demeanor, depth of knowledge and willingness to explain fully his recommended course of action. Recommend without reservation.

I scheduled an appointment over a month and ten days away because that was the earliest date I could come in. I'm a teacher so I had to take off from work and students to go to this appointment. I knew what day the appointment was but was unsure of the time so I called in that morning to verify the time, and told them I was running late when they said my appointment was scheduled 20 minutes from my call. They said there was a twenty minute window for tardiness and I walked through the door at 21 minutes late. They refused to see me and sent me home. My frustration lies with an office staff that is too unprofessional to send any sort of communication through phone text or email that would have helped me be on time to my appointment. In turn I've wasted an instructional day and not gotten my eyes checked. Thanks Dietlein I'm glad to know that your staff can't follow through with simple communication that a Wal Mart eye center is more capable off. Needless to say I'm not coming back.

Dr Labbe was extremely professional and had a competent and friendly staff. My diagnosis (right eye cataract) was addressed promptly with a painless procedure performed by Dr Labbe at Williamson Surgery Center. I chose the Toric lens implant and my new restored right eye vision is fantastic. I have nothing but highly positive things to say about Dr Labbe and all of his assistants.

Dr. Labbe completed an iridotomy procedure on my right eye. When I asked if I should get a ride home, I was told that would not be necessary. I couldn't see anything out of my right eye, so I had to drive in the right lane all the way home. I was put in a tiny waiting room with 8 people with a Sharpie mark on my face while I waited, which was humiliating. He dismissed my concerns about not being able to see after the procedure...it was after 5 with people still waiting. TERRIBLE experience.

Dr. Labbe recently performed my cataract surgery (both eyes with lens replacements). I was very nervous about the surgery. Dr. Labbe called me personally to address my concerns. Each time I visited with MANY questions, Dr. Labbe was very patient and understanding taking time to listen to me and answer all my questions. The staff at his office in GTown and the staff at the surgery center in RR were also very helpful and patient. I would highly recommend.

I had cataracts in both eyes (blinding in my left) and just starting to show in my right eye. I had been using Dr. Dietlein for the last 13+ years then had the very good fortune to have Dr. Labbe deal with my cataracts. In late October of 2016, Dr. Labbe "liberated" my left eye by removing what he told me was one of the biggest cataracts he removed in all his years doing these surgeries. Well, everything went superbly and Dr. Labbe has been about the best I can possibly imagine.! Thank God!!!

I was recently referred to Dr. Labbe for an eye condition which resulted from an old surgical procedure on my eye. He and his staff were not only extremely professional, but also very congenial and genuine during my visits. Dr. Labbe ended up performing surgery to remove an eye obstruction, and he did an excellent job. I will be referring him in the future.

I have been a patient with Dr. Labbe for over 15 years. He is always at his professional self regarding my eye care. But, he also is a friend. I drive all the way from Steiner Ranch up to Georgetown to have an appointment. I have recommended him many times and will continue to do so. I trust his opinion and follow his direction in my eye care always. There are none better.
