I was so happy with Dr. Idrees approach to my health problem. Instead of immediately leaping to a pharmacological solution for my increased blood pressure, he took the time to explore some of my behaviors that might be causing the problem (notably my thoughtless consumption of copious amounts of coffee). He trusted me enough to consider that I might be willing and able to alter my behavior. He gave me 'homework' and told me to call him with the results in one week. Data driven, kind--wonderful!
