Unempathetic and Insincere
Not sure how other patients feel about her, but the title is the best way I can describe my experience. I saw her for 3 years (since 18 years old). I always noticed she was never warm, but I figured that was a personality thing and just ignored it. I'm not going to give every single story and bad experience I had, but just know it was a lot of little things that led me to this point: blowing me off and insinuating I was a hypochondriac, constantly referring me and never trying to see what she could do, chuckling when I told her my symptoms almost like 'oh boy here we go again,' rushing our appointment every single time, and more. Every time I saw her, I felt like I was a 15 year old about to get scolded by her mother. I never spoke up about any of these until I came in one day sick as a dog. I was 5 minutes late and she refused me service because of it. I walked out kindly and went to urgent care, who treated me far better than she ever has, hence, what brought me to write this.
