Rude
My husband was few steps from her to ask a question , and we heard her telling the nurses or assistants “ask him what he wants?” That to me shows she’s not nice, heartless and unprofessional. What kind of doctor is she when she does not listen to her patient? Not recommending her to anyone at all .

I hate that I left a great Kaiser doctor, for Novikoff. She wasn't horrible, but I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. Paying my primary care dr to disregard my pain was worse than wasting my money on copay. With a smile, she denied my request for a painkiller- told me "Ibuprofen causes liver failure." The last draw- She said she couldn't do much for me & advised I go to the ER, when the pain starts, again. -I have cervical/thoracic stenosis/spondolysis, DDD- I didn't expect miracles, but, still..

She was my Dr for one year. She refused to refer me to an orthopedic Dr unless I told her I was ready that day for a total knee replacement. I said no so she ordered PT. She then berated me about my weight. She had zero compassion for my knee issue and the fact that losing weight might be difficult with my complete lack of mobility. I am no longer with Kaiser and have Dr's willing to try everything to help me with my knee. PT is not an option right now because I am in to much pain.

She has been my primary care doctor for about a year now and she is very thorough and pleasant. She talks to you as a person and explains things in a way that I can easily understand.
