My experience with Dr. Tay has been very positive. I've found he listens very well and is very empathetic. He has a great bedside manner and is very easy to communicate questions too. He is great about listening to my concerns and I feel like we work together as a team to determine the best treatment plan for me based on side effects, prognosis, etc. I especially like being able to email him any concerns and he usually calls me back to answer my questions in a very timely manner.

Dr. Tay is awesome!! He has incredible bedside manner and took time to answer questions. He provided AMAZING care to my mom (surgery went so well that the catheter insertion site has NO bruising). The procedure went smoothly and was done very very well.
