Dr. Thelma Fernandez, MD

Had an appointment to speak on the phone and they called early so I missed it. Then when I called back the receptionist told me the doctor is on his own time and he will only call me back if he has the time. Why even schedule an appointment then if you can’t do it on time? Receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. I’m switching my doctor. I’m 35 weeks pregnant and have been trying to be Seen for 4 weeks. I’ve been trying to figure out who my OBGYN is as well and they have not been helpful. 0/10 all together. Do not recommend.

This office tried to give me a first time appointment OVER 2 months from now. They really need to get their sh.., ducks in a row.

Waited 2.5 hrs to be seen with an appointment never got seen had to leave to go to work but the emergency room sent me for follow up and dr had staff call and send me to physical therapy without even checking out my injury or being seen first

I been trying to reach the office and it took 2 days for somebody to answer. Would never recommend to anyone,

I have been seeing Dr. Fernandez for several years and she still doesn't know who I am. It's like I'm a new patient every time I see her. Her staff consistantly overbooks and as a result I don't get seen for my appt. until 2 hours later. When I call I get put on hold and then hung up on and have to call back and start over again. The Dr. herself seems a little disoriented and confused when asking questions to her. No one wants to take any responsibility for overbooking or hanging up on me.

Worst experinece ever! Starting with the front desk girl named Kenya who is extremely unprofessional and rude. Waited over 2 hours to even be called back to a room and then to be told my appt was for something else which was incorrect. Mgmnt is so clueless and intimidated by Kenya who Should not even have a job in this field. Dirty office and Kenya was so busy being rude she gave me another patients paperwork with all their personal medical info. Trashy staff they should start by cleaning that.

Have been a patient with this dr for well over 10 yrs, and has just gone down hill. Very poor patient privacy you can hear what is going on about the person in the next room, when they put me in the exam room it was dirty with someone else swab test still left in the room bed still has used cover on it. Would not recommend this Dr. The personal that answers the phone can be very rude at times are leaves you holding for 10 to 15minutes, appointments are 2 months away.
