I was recommended to Dr. Benderev from a friend. I was able to book a video consultation easily online. Then book the actual vasectomy appointment online as well. On the day of the procedure, my wife came with me and Dr. Benderev spoke to both us putting us very much at ease. My wife stayed in the waiting area while I went to the procedure room. The whole thing took less than 15 minutes. It honestly felt like 5 minutes since Dr. Benerev was great at explaining what he was doing while also making pleasant conversation. The only 'pain' was a slight feeling of getting lightly flicked as the anesthetic was being applied. I was given some acetaminophen before the procedure but didn't feel any pain at all even days after. I didn't take any other medication but I did ice frequently just in case. I am very amazed how easy the whole process was and how little pain I felt. I can't recommend Dr. Benderev enough.

I came to Dr. B after several friends went to him for their vasectomy. He is a tremendous healthcare professional and my experience was fantastic. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and walks you through the procedure as he does it. I had very minimal discomfort the first day and by day 3 I was back at work. If you are apprehensive or nervous, don’t be. He and his staff make the entire process from consultation to procedure, easy, smooth and calm. I trust him tremendously and would recommend him to everyone. This is the guy to go to!

Dr. Benderev and his staff were courteous, professional, and proactive. Communication before and after the procedure was outstanding. Most importantly however, the procedure was very quick and nearly painless, and although others may or may not have the same experience, the minimal discomfort I felt after the procedure was gone in about an hour. As I write this, it's been 48 hours since the procedure. In that time, I've had no pain, swelling, or bruising whatsoever. It's like it never happened. I'm very pleased with my experience and wish I had found this doctor years ago when I first contemplated having it done.

Dr. Benderev came highly recommended by a few of my friends who were his patients. The consult was done via Telehealth which was very easy and convenient. During the consult, he was very professional and eased all concerns I had. The day of the procedure, Dr. Benderev was pleasant and had a calming demeanor. The procedure was exactly as advertised, it was very quick and painless. The doctor explains everything he's going to do before actually doing to eliminate any surprises. The recovery is easy, and I haven't experienced any discomfort or pain. I would recommend Dr. Benderev to anyone who is considering a vasectomy.

Dr. Benderev did an excellent job making me feel comfortable before and during the procedure. I was surprised that the procedure only lasted 10 minutes and with very minimal pain post-procedure. Follow-up care was also excellent and would highly recommend to anyone else thinking of getting a vasectomy.

My wife and I did a little research before scheduling a consultation with Dr. Benderev. After the consultation, I scheduled the vasectomy for 2 days after my consultation. Had been wanting to get this procedure done for 3 years so my wife didn't have to endure the pain for tube tieing because all of our 5 children had been all natural. Best decision for us and to select a great doctor in doing so. Thank you again doctor. Everything was smooth and easy! In and out in less than. 30 minutes! Recovery is smooth sailing!

I assure you the mental hurdles you’re facing far outweigh the realities of this quick and painless operation.What to expect: Dr. Benderev runs a tight ship - his experience shines through as he coaches you through the process making you feel comfortable and confident from beginning to end. He seemingly knows exactly what’s going through your head at every moment and knows exactly what to say to calm the nerves.Pain and Recovery: None. I actually didn’t realize he had started the operation until he had finished the first side, it is literally a pain free operation. Recovery was just as easy - I kept expecting soreness or aches, but none ever appeared. I’d compare recovery of this op to a knick with a razor. Again… GENTLEMEN. DO IT.

Dr. Benderev made the operation very easy and painless. I thought he was still prepping, but we were more than halfway through the procedure already!

Dr Benderev is great. Explains everything with ease and answers any questions you may have. Procedure is as simple as can be. From time I walked in to lobby to time I left was a total of about 30 min. Keeps you comfortable and best of all painless. In fact I’ve felt little to no discomfort. Worst part is having to lay on the couch and do nothing for 2 days. Dr’s orders so I must listen! Have your favorite movies and shows ready!

Dr. Benderev performed my vasectomy and it went so smoothly. The procedure took 15 minutes only. A cold numbing spray is used for anesthetic. No needle was used. I highly recommend Dr. Benderev

This procedure went so smooth, and I truly did not feel a single thing after the couple of flicks from the anesthetic (and I don’t even think “flick” is the most accurate description, because getting flicked down there sounds awful).Tbh, I was completely terrified about getting this done, and I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Benderev.He was so kind, and tried his best to calm me down by talking me through what was going to happen.Once he called me back, the whole process couldn’t have taken more than 7 or 8 minutes, and I was blown away (and tremendously relieved) when he said I was all done. I honestly thought he was still prepping the area and hadn’t even started, let alone finished.The hardest part of the whole process was me dealing with the adrenaline I had from being so worked up about this, and I got pretty light headed and needed to sit down for a few minutes. Dr. Benderev texted and called afterwards to check on me. Cannot recommend enough!

I wanted to thank Dr. Benderev and staff, like most men I was super nervous with the procedure, the morning of I asked my wife if I could cancel. I was nervous as ever. As soon as I got the the facility I was greeted and they were ready for me. Procedure took 15-20 minutes. Dr. explained what was going to happen step by step. Absolutely no pain, a little pressure here and there but I was in shock when he said 'all done'. Best part is he tells you and gives you a one sheeter of all that could happen in case you freak out and get some pain. He has texted and called me to check in which is almost unheard of. I would recommend DR. Benderev to all the guys out there considering this procedure. We drove an hour and a half and glad we made that decision.

Even for a fellow that tends to get light headed, the staff had Capri Sun and Ice ready to go, thank you for that! Doctor Benderev provides a comfortable setting from the moment you enter, and before you even get to finish a good conversation the procedure is already over. This experience was extremely smooth and simple from beginning to end. You start with a few online forms and a telehealth visit. Afterwards you schedule the visit and they send you reminders and information packets. The appointment itself was just as simple. Upon checking in you get a cup of water and a couple acetaminophen pills. The procedure itself took about 15 minutes and I felt very comfortable throughout. He was great in explaining what was happening during the process. The worst pain I felt was a strong pinch at one point, but that was it. I was honestly expecting more but it really was that easy.Afterwards, he gave additional after care details and his staff made sure that the post care and screening tests were all set and understood. He also followed up directly with a call and text checking in on how I was doing afterwards.I cannot recommend this doctor and this procedure enough. It really is a quick and easy process!
