Dr. Theodore Krum, MD

I've decided to see another doctor. I love Dr. Krum, but I can't speak the same of his staff. I was lied to, tossed back and forth for a week, never received ONE return phone call etc.On Friday 15th I was told by Destiny that she was the office manager. I asked if there were two Destinys that worked there and she said yes. Come to find out later that was a lie. I was told the morning before that a 'profile' was being set up for me and answered some questions. Yet every call after that I had to repeat my information all over again. I was put on hold many times for 2-10 minutes and told I was being transferred just for the line to hang up. Also on Friday I was told Destiny would be back from lunch at 1:30. I still hadn't received the email from her. I called back about 1:45 and was told she was gone for the day. After speaking with the real manager (I think) she suggested I was lying, and her staff would never do or say something like this. I strongly encouraged her to go bac

Met Dr Theodore Krum today for the first time and was blown away with his kind, sweet personality. Very caring and can tell he truly cares for me. His nurse could have been more professional but I will go back for him. Great front desk!

I would give a negative star review if I could. I’m 35 years old pregnant with my first child. I was refused to be seen at my initial intake appointment due to trashy front desk staff accusing me of attacking them. Then HR came to me smiling and laughing in my face without asking me what had happened. I’ve never been so humiliated in all my life and this is supposed to be a blessed time for me not expecting to have ever had kids. Please don’t waste your time. I will unfortunately remember this horrific experience forever.

Dr Krum took excellent care of me before, during and after all three of my pregnancies. He delivered three healthy babies. Dr K did my hysterectomy, as well. His sense of humor, his professionalism, his love of his job and great bedside manner make him a wonderful doctor and a true blessing to his patients.

My first impression of Dr. Krum was good. It's the awful, rude and not very intelligent staff that made me have to share with future patients. I've never visited this office and pray to never have to again. The staff didn't know why I was there and could care less, meanwhile I gave them all of this info when I made my appt Friday. I sat there for a whole hour, and not until I said something is when they finally came and called me to the back. I thought I was gonna have to give birth right there.

Dr. Krum is an absolutely amazing doctor and person. He has delivered both of our children and both experiences were phenomenal. He's detailed and thorough and goes above and beyond to answer questions. In addition he's great in high pressure situations. Both of our deliveries were traumatic, one requiring emergency surgery. Both times Dr. Krum was calm and knowledgeable knowing just what to do. I honestly don't know if I would be alive today if it aren't for this amazing man!
