Dr. Ruff is an excellent surgeon and a very kind and caring individual. I trust him implicitly and would highly recommend him for any surgical procedure. In my book, he is the Best!

I would highly recommend Dr. Ruff to ANYONE needing general surgery. He is easy to talk to, listens, offers suggestions, and takes all the time in the world with you. His surgical skills are exceptional. I was very pleased with the care I was given while in Dr. Ruff's hands.
