After seeing several surgeons, Dr. Saclarides fixed my medical issues with ease. He made me feel safe before surgeon, and answered all questions.

I was scheduled for surgery, which after making me feel like I didn’t need it, he decided that it was the best option for me. (So confusing, but anyway,) I was ready in pre op, IV placed and had taken all the steps the days prior to be ready. 20 minutes before my surgery, DR SACLARIDES sent in two nurses (he didn’t even have the decency to reach out) and tell me that my surgery was CANCELED. Fine. Things happen. I called EVERYDAY for a week and a half to have my surgery rescheduled, to which I kept getting his “team” tell me he couldn’t accommodate the days I was available with enough downtime to recover. This is the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had. You cannot get a hold of him, he doesn’t care about your wellness, and definitely won’t prioritize YOUR time. I am now looking for another provider because now I don’t even TRUST him to do this surgery.

Will absolutely refer anyone who was looking for a surgeon like Dr. Sacralides.

Had a Colectomy in 2006. Have a J pouch now that has given me problems ever since. The problem is that there is an Angle somewhere between my pouch, and rectum, which makes me unable to have bowel movement unless i use a large catheter to manually empty it. I've been told that another surgery is not an option to fix the problem. Not a great way to go thru life!

He performed surgery on a intestinal blockage in August 2017. He created short-bowel syndrome because he didn't reconnect the intestine, and put it straight into the colon. He did not advise me in advance that this could be an outcome of the surgery. When I went to see him as a follow-up after the surgery he was very rude, yelled at me, and would not address the short-bowel syndrome. When, at his request, I went for a further follow-up visit, he said "why are you here?" He yelled at me again and told me not to come back and to go and see a general surgeon to fix the short-bowel syndrome, then frog-marched me out of his office. I would stay as far away from this person as you can.

Performed a highly specialized surgery on me almost 10 years ago. It was successful, thank God.

Couldn't even meet him. Drove a very far distance then waited 45 minutes in waiting room then an hour in the examination room. Finally inquired about wait time with one of the receptionists and was the rudely informed that there was still two patients ahead of us. Not a good first impression and we really miss our Doctor that left Rush.

Dr. Saclarides immediately diagnosed my problem, and gave me 3 options of surgery, explaining the risks and recovery timelines for each, along with success rates. I chose the option with the highest success rate, even though it meant weekly trips to the hospital for 2 months. I am cured! This is a great doctor and he has a great team. Would recommend to anyone!
