First visit was wonderful! Dr. Chu is super personable, efficient, and a great listener. I am also due for a lot of diagnostic lab work and the front office was also super at getting those all scheduled. Am optimistic about being a new patient.

Today was my first visit at the facility. The girls at the front desk were really friendly. The medical assistant was very sweet as well. Dr. Chu was kind and knowledgeable! She helped put my mind at ease during my first Pap smear (which I was so nervous about beforehand). Thank you!

Dr. Shu is so nice, friendly & makes you feel so comfortable. She always has a smile & is so welcoming. My daughter & I both had appointments with her. We didn't wait long & we both began our appointments ahead of schedule. Great friendly & efficient staff.

Dr. Chu is very thorough and knowledgeable. She keeps calm and answered all of our questions.

Very nice but spent less than 3 minutes with me, telling me she didn’t know what was causing my issue. I did not feel value or cared for. I left her office just paying $150 to cry in the parking lot, with no answers.Before when I asked her office if I needed this appointment, they said absolutely. So I kept it. They could have send over the phone that there was nothing to discuss and she didn’t know what my root cause is. Please don’t go here. They literally just want your money and then push you back to the road.

Both her nurse and the Dr were very attentive, courteous and the most important of all they listened closely to your issues. Office very clean, overall all the staff I came in contact with was very pleasant and courteous.

I was scheduled with Dr. Chu after previously being scheduled with another provider that not only wasn’t listening to me, but couldn’t look up from his laptop. He had such terrible bedside manner. And then I meet Dr. Chu and she re-validates my personal health concerns and asks me questions pertaining to my concerns. Thank you, Dr. Chu, for listening, caring and apologizing on behalf of your colleague.

Dr. Chu blew off all my concerns. She made me feel like because I’m only 22 that I don’t have anything wrong with me and that I shouldn’t be concerned about anything. I was seen by the nurse and office staff longer than I was in a room with Dr. Chu. I couldn’t have been rushed out of her office sooner. If you want any help at all or to have your health be taken seriously do not schedule an appointment with Dr. Chu.
