Condescending,, rude and unpleasant.

Just a nasty condescending little woman

Dr. Dam has been my doctor for over 7 years now and she has made a difference in my life. She has guided me over the years and as a result my labs (Lipid Panel) has gone from a disaster to everything in the green (exceptional) along with my losing 60 pounds over that same time period, now walking over 5 miles a day, working out at the hospital training facility on the elliptical, and logging over 1500 consecutive days on My Fitness Pal watching my calories, carbs, and other measures making me feel better, happier, and more confident and disciplined. I also track, on a daily basis, my PB, pulse ox, pulse, stress level, and workout resistance with my Garmin with my numbers now being very consistent Dr. Dam deserves 10 Stars. Finally, I received the news that DR. Dam is departing for another opportunity and she will be missed. She will leave a whole, but will be a force multiplier at her new position. Bay Care has allowed an exceptional doctor to depart. God Bless Dr. Dam.

As nice as she was, I’ve never felt so scammed by a doctors office. I went in for an annual exam and was charged nearly $300 because I asked her to test my thyroid, which, mind you, is part of the standard blood panels for annual exams. She did not offer ANY additional or more in depth testing to justify charging me for a problem visit rather than a wellness visit. I am being harassed by her office to pay my bill, which I’m having a hard time paying considering I was not expecting to be charged.

I would give this doctor 0 star rating if I could. She is rude, combative, and unprofessional and does not listen or care about your needs. Practices a one-size-fits-all approach towards her patient. She will withhold live saving refill of a routine prescription if you are unable to see her on time due to severe illness as a result of Covid-19 infection. I have never experienced a doctor that would risk a patient's health because you have to delay a follow-up visit for 1-month due to serious illness. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone as she only seems to care about billing her patients and not their well-being. I have already switched providers.

Doesn't care about preexisting conditions, and your busy life. She rather let you be sick and out of work for a week than give you the medical care you need to get back to work.

I think she is great. I have seen her for an annual check up and for a sick visit and find her very empathetic and knowledgeable. Her staff was good as well - in and out very quickly.

Was charged $164.00 for a five minute video visit. Will never be back

Horrible. Terrible bedside manner. No empathy. I wihld avoid this place.
