Dr. Chan Tack is an excellent doctor, she is professional, knowledgeable, and always well parepared for my visits. She thoroughly reviews my lab results in advance and ready to discuss and provide thoughtful solutions. English is not my first language, she always offers clear explanations with her drawing to help me understand my body structures and Issues. She is friendly, compassionate, and truly cares about me, treating me with both respect and attentiveness. I have been seeing her since 2021 and I am extremely satisfied with the care she provides. I trust her completely and feel comfortable sharing all my health concerns with her. She is definitely a trustworthy and skilled physician.

She used to be a good doctor. When she switched clinics at UCSF, something changed. She seems to care less about patients and more about teaching. Her patient care borders on heartless. I'm sad to be moving on from her, but it's necessary.

I feel that Dr. Chan Tack is very thorough in addressing concerns I raise, listening to and answering questions I have, and generally being prepared (having clearly reviewed my charts in detail), and so on. I recently went in for a general check-up with a couple of specific referral requests. I felt extremely well treated. Enough to write a review. There's only one thing I would mention -- I saw her at UCSF/China Basin (near Miss. Bay) not at Santa Clara.
