Review of DR. Raby & Staff
My spouse & I both need a Dr. & staff who is accessible. Majority of Communication with Dr Raby is thru the App unless you are physically in her office for a visit for an annual wellness exam. I have had tremendous relief from sinus pain & chronic sinusitis the last several years which I am very Grateful for. Treatment plan for sinusitis has been successful which includes NAC PureDefense supplement daily followed by a nasal spray. NP, Susanna is very professional, compassionate, empathetic and returns phone coals in a timely fashion as well as Naturopath Kathleen C.. My spouse & I are very disappointed in Dr Raby's patient care & we have recently switched to another Functional Medicine DR. located within the Chicagoland area. Sincerely, Nicole D. Conway

Excellent professional and empathetic and the best doctor I’ve had. I’m a 60year old female and I have learned so much from Dr.Raby and her staff so I can be healthy. I did not want to have to take pharmaceuticals as previously recommended by another doctor and I was empowered instead to manage my issues with diet exercise and supplements. When I suffered a torn rotator cuff she said “you must consult with Dr.Marc”. I did - he treated my shoulder with injections of Arnica and I’m much better. I never needed surgery and I have been able to do my job as a physical therapist.

This appointment was incredible disappointing- Dr. Raby made assumptions about my health and then tried to sell me extremely expensive supplements (I'm on a grad school budget), shamed me for not taking certain supplements/taking certain supplements/not being able to name what was in them, and telling me I didn't need anxiety medication for my OCD- just green tea. Absolutely insensitive, condescending, and didn't take any care to actually examine me and talk more detailed about my symptoms.

Saw her years ago. Once I was running 10 minutes late. I called ahead to let them know. Dr. Raby chewed me out when I arrived. This, despite the fact that I'd never been late before and in fact had always been kept waiting myself. The last time I saw her I had an abnormal EKG and she told me I'd had a heart attack. (I later found out this reading was normal for me, it's just the automated reading most docs would never tell a patient). I asked her what to do, she said just eat healthy.

I saw Dr. Raby a number of years ago and was not impressed. I was told that I had a vitamin D deficiency and needed to come see her a few times a month for supplements and follow-up bloodwork. When I said I could not afford the supplements, but could afford the same ones from a local health food store, I was told that that wouldn't do, that I MUST purchase them from her. (The mark up on her supplements at the time was astronomical.) Basically I felt like I was being taken and that this was an in

Went in for a complete physical exam. She spent between five and 10 minutes with me and I thought it was a very poor physical I would definitely not go back yeah I've had better physicals from general practitioners. I asked for a copy of physical report but never got the report, she has very expensive renovation to impress patients. I had my own medical in welfare areas of Chicago and I feel we gave better physical exams than she gave me!!! I was looking for a good internal medice physician.
