Dr. Theron Ebel, MD

In January 2020, I sought help from Dr. Theron A. Ebel, a pulmonologist with over 53 years of experience, for my snoring issue. Dr. Ebel recommended oral appliance therapy as an alternative to CPAP machines. Dr. Lee Daniels, my Dentist and Sleep Apnea Dental Appliance Doctor, specializes in oral appliance therapy and is certified to perform this treatment. Despite the complexities of my case due to extensive dental work, Dr. Daniels meticulously designed a tailored treatment plan that effectively addressed my Sleep Apnea concerns. After four years since my diagnosis, I'm delighted to share that my Sleep Apnea has vanished. Dr. Ebel's follow-up in-home and in-clinic sleep studies confirmed the positive outcome. Though I still snore occasionally, the life-threatening aspect of Sleep Apnea is no longer a concern. I am grateful to Dr. Theron Ebel and Dr. Lee Daniels for their exceptional care and expertise. Dr Ebel is probably the most thorough doctor I've ever met. I've had sleep apnea for more than 20years and had two prior consultations with other doctors, and never had any positive results. Dr. Ebel, has a wonderful personality, and spent almost an hour attentively going over my history. After a second appointment a sleep study was scheduled. As a result Dr. Ebel determined I needed a Bi-Pap, rather than a C-Pap machine. 20+ years of sleeping misery resolved in a month by having the good fortune to find a Doctor who is the ultimate sleuth and determined to discover the source of my issue. Dr. Ebel is an incredible pulmonologist. With his 'old school' professional behavior coupled with modern technology, he's a rare delight in the ocean of common medicine.

I would certainly recommend Dr. Ebel to friends and family. He has been my pulmonary doctor for a long time. I have sleep apnea, and use a CPAP machine. Dr. Ebel takes his time discussing the results of my data download from my CPAP machine, I know via feedback that my use and settings on my machine are correct. Easy to talk to, and I will continue to visit him, as he continues to provide excellent care for my issue.
