The doctor seems to be great. He ask questions for clarification on my concerns. Seems to be a good listener. Explains issues in details, My only complaint at this time is the communication between the front staff and my insurance in reference to if the doctor is contracted as tier 1 or not. Seems to be a continuous issue

I arrived and my time was wasted. I had a medication prescribed to me by my prior doctor at MacGregor Medical, but Dr. Aung would not refill it. I had to see Dr. Aung because he was the replacement for my previous physician. This doctor was incredibly unresponsive and wasted my time and money . I should not have to pay a copay for unresponsiveness. Also, the service is awful. You shouldn't have to wait 1:25 minutes to be seen when you have an appointment. This is the second time I had to wait over a hour for service . I won’t be returning . Beware!!

Lack of empathy
Please save yourself the trouble and don't take the risk. He clearly didn't choose his profession out of desire to help people and lacks basic empathy. It shouldn't be so difficult to get a renewal prescription sent to the pharmacy, I was forced by him to quit cold turkey due to this and experienced the darkest internal suicidal battle because my body went into chaos. He also talked down to me during my first visit which doesn't exactly make a patient feel comfortable discussing anything out of fear for being judged. If you don't believe or agree with the Hippocratic Oath, then you shouldn't be practicing medicine. This man doesn't care about your health, only the paycheck.

Terrible doctor
I saw Dr. Aung for the first and last time on 10/21. He is by far the worst doctor I have had the misfortune of seeing. He spent more time asking about my insurance or lack thereof than any medical related issues of which there were several. He told me he would only address a couple of my medical issues during the appointment and wasn't willing to document new legitimate medical problems I currently have. I didn't know doctors put a limit on medical problems they'd be willing to help a patient with. Maybe they don't. Maybe it's just Dr. Aung. My suggestion to anyone looking for a doctor....find another doctor.

Dr Aung is a great doctor. He listens to my father's concerns and he has been seeing him for 3 years. I'm so surprised at the low reviews he received because I can't believe it's the same person. I actually had another doctor for my dad and he wasn't available and Dr Aung was and that day he was so throrough and I changed him to be my dad's provider. He is truly concerned about me dad and my sister, my husband, my dad really like and trust him.

Dr. Aung doesn’t care about his elderly patients. My mother died in his care. She had chronic diarrhea that he just threw medicine at and no follow up and no referral to a GI specialist. She died because he couldn’t be bothered. Then he lied about her cause of death. He said it was due to high cholesterol but refused to refill her prescriptions. I would not recommend him to anyone

The Dr's staff is not well trained and fail to follow the physician directives. I needed a two referrals in my HMO to specialists. The staff took it upon themselves to cancel one referral and never made the other one. I live 22 mile from my pharmacy and I called to get one prescription refilled that was not a controlled medication and the the request was made at 9:15 on a Monday and the medication was not called in until late on Tuesday, so the medication was not ready until Thursday. POOR
