Unprofessional and a lack of punctuality
My mom was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and was referred to Dr. Reddy, I gave his office a call and they told me they were going to get the emergency room records themselves, have the doctor review them and call me asap for scheduling. I had to call back after 3-4 days and was told they had the records in front of them there and were going to get them to the doctor. I had to again call back after another 3-4 days only to be told he is not willing to take any new patients because he’s so busy. So they entertained me for a week while my moms blood pressure was concernably low amongst other issues. Consider going somewhere where the staff will actually care and not treat you like a statistic.

He had checked out and gone away. When my regular doctor called and asked him to come back and examine me, he was gracious and came back immediately. The procedure next week was not rushed. He had a complete team around him. After the procedure he stuck around and made sure all was OK.

Good doctor the Bestr, highly recommended. Also staff and his nurse Selsa are really nice and they care about patient. Best office in San Jose. Not recommend Fremont office. If need an appointment go to San Jose.

Day before scheduled pacemaker/ICD surgery, went to 8 am preop, handed a brochure, sent home. Surgery day, check in to hospital, doctor on the phone, need blood draw and time to analyze, surgery will have to be tomorrow. Nurses explained preop order empty, should have contained blood draw order. Post-op appt, he's 2hrs late, doesn't even open my shirt or lift a stethoscope, gone in less than 10 mins to see the rest of his waiting customers. Have asked referring cardiologist to find another.

Dr.Reddy is the best! This review is long overdue. He correctly diagnosed the mental illness to my dad when we visited him for high blood pressure. Dr.Reddy warned us to take immediate care of our dad. Everything Dr.Reddy said was so accurate. We didn't know the seriousness till we visited Dr.Reddy. And on top, he hardly collected any money from us, as we didn't have any insurance for our dad, as he was visiting from India. Thank you Dr.Reddy.

Talk about rude Drs! This doctor has no concern for hearing out patients. He's extremely rude. He cuts you off in a middle of a sentence to say" that's not important". Um excuse me? It's my dads health we are talking about. Of course small details are important! Yes ,a patient to him! But a father to someone! Glad I changed Drs!
