Had an appointment. I arrived to find the office locked. Calls go to voicemail which announces "limited hours" and then does not tell what those hours are! Apparently, they don't want to be bothered with patients.

I need a yellow dye laser treatment on one spot on my cheek that is starting to puff up. I had two full treatments on the whole port wine mark in the 1990's at the U. of Denver. I was in my 50's then and the mark was starting to thicken. I have since moved to Meigs Co. There is one spot that is starting to thicken, as these tend to do. Can you help me? I have insurance, but I can easily pay for my treatment. I am a retired teacher. The yellow dye laser work was very successful. I need that laser treatment--yellow dye. Please help. I hope this note can find its way to you.

Tried to get my mother to be seen, they won't see her because they won't accept her insurance even tho it's listed as one of their accepted insurances! Poor practice considering the only one in this area! ABSOLUTELY no consideration for people!!!
