Had an appt scheduled for my son 3 weeks prior. Showed up and waited for almost 2 hours. Once he finally came in, no apology or explanation for the long wait. Told him my son has had a issues snoring/coughing for a year and a half and was told I should take him to an ENT from multiple medical professionals. In a nut shell, was EXTREMELY condescending. Told me I was overreacting, left after being in there for no more than 5 mins. I never post reviews about anyone but felt the NEED to share.

Have been dealing with a plugged ear for 6 months. Have all the symptoms of blocked Eustachian tube. When I saw Dr Connely's PA she ran a hearing test and concluded I had nerve damage hearing loss, even though I had NO risk factors for this. Dr. Connely concurred. Neither listened to my questions OR my symptoms or even mentioned anything about my Eustachian tube. Have been diagnosed with tube dysfunction by another specialist and offered treatment. Never again.

Thank you for helping my daughter with her continual issues. She had a constant sore throat and was always exhausted. After her tonsillectomy, she is a completely different little girl, happy and healthy! I very much appreciate the way you made her feel at ease. This was an extremely good experience!

I had to wait over 45 minutes because, according to one of the nurses, he was eating coffee cake. After 3 taking my 4 year old daughter to him 3 times for tonsil issues (snoring, difficulty swallowing) he said to come back if she started to stop breathing when sleeping. Needless to say we went to another dr.
